I brought my Camaro there to have a new fuel injection system. Put on. He told me it would be about $4000. I picked my car up about a month later. No fuel injection system, just a fuel tank. And a new starter somehow, the bill was still $4000. He told me my engine was no good. They did a compression check that's funny because I have my car on the road. terrible they are the worst shop they built Mr Emerson's 300srt8 for 24k build car didn't even last 8k miles before a valve spring broke I waited for 7 months to get appt and they took car did work I didn't ask to be done to bill me more then proceeds to charge me 5k to replace valve springs in a 6.4 hemi 5k you guys are jokes job barely cost half what you charged me I stayed loyal to you off me Emerson's word towed car to they took over 6 months to fix valve springs and in the meantime, Never called me about any updated I had to call in the day I call they get so heavenly say the Done they lied so I would come pay them for the so called job Wich totaled 6k cause they did extra work I didn't ask no here's the best part. Guess what happened after they told me to come pick it up and it's all finished. I which is an hour away. kaboom 20 mins into my drive home from pick up piston sent a rob through my block I as I'm blown up side of the highway 20 minutes from They wouldn't send nobody to come help me. I had to sit on the side of the road and wait for a tow truck all day until they the fucking car back to the to diagnose what was wrong at that point for another 4 months no call no nothing I finally call that's when they put me on hold and found the newest worker to deliver the news of my engine center rod through the block after they just finished supposedly fixing it. This owner needs to be sued and loose accessibility to this business. he's hurting and stealing from a lot of good people. When they told me over the phone puston sent Rob through Block. Immediately said well you guys just worked on it. Oh well things like this happen when building performance cars sorry I said yeah after they're driven not when they're actually returned after supposedly being fixed their response was sorry, man sorry brother you just blew up a $12k motor and sorry is all you can say I was even well until allow them to offer to drop a new motor if I paid for it They didn't anything for me to help me or honor the poor of the valve springs and also when I finally got my car back and the motor was blown, the car was left under a sap pine tree that destroyed my paint and the car was fully infected it and the interior with ants and when I say ants I mean over 10,000 ants in the vehicle nested you guys are the biggest group of scammers to reside in New Jersey area read more

Tune Time really fell off man. They used to have a great reputation but the owner Matt must have let it fall off. The wait times to get work done is insane from what they originally tell you. everything is also EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. They do not take responsibility for their mess ups, I'll just take my cars to ECS or Case House where they actually treat their customers with respect and dont talk bad about them. Will never deal with this place again. i booked an appointment for a tune a month in advanced. had to reserve a trailer from uhaul even called them a few days before to confirm which i was told everything was good to go. to make long story short they call me the day before to tell me they have to cancel. had audacity to tell me i can make another appointment after the holidays!!for what,to cancle on me again and be out more money renting a trailer? .not to mention the tuner couldnt even come out of his back office when i came up to visit to talk to me bout tuning questions. read more

Dropped of my car after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, waited 34 more days and finally I had enough, call up and tell them i need my Car tomorrow... First the bill shows $700 for tuning N/A and Tuning Spray... So I question why, you already tuned my car for N/A and you confirmed it was saved in your system so why would i get charged again for it. So he goes and speaks to the Manager and they change the price to about $400 or so. Anyway on to the car... I get the walk around and they show me the lingenfelter installed and tell me how it works as far as using the nitrous. So i ask, ok how does the 2 step function work which is what I brought the car in for!!! . He responds oh, uhm, let me go ask. Comes back and tells me, so if you read the instructions it tells you on the manual, and prints me a copy of the manual (ton of pages). Uhm, ok... I guess ill go home and read how to use the 2 step. I moved down to GA now, and I've read how to use the 2 step, adjusted the RPM settings i want to test with and nothing. So I write to Tunetime and let them know, hey this is not working or I am doing something wrong... So the president responds and tells me let me check on this and get back to you shortly. 3 days go by and no answer so I start looking for a shop down here and find a reputable shop less than 5 miles from me. I drop the car off and ask them to look at the 2 step while they address something else. They check it out and tell me, its not even wired up for the 2 step function just the Nos function. It needs the relay, wiring etc... So I write to Tunetime again, and let them know, Hey I had my car checked out for some other things and this new shop is telling me this lingenfelter box is not even set up for the 2 step. I tell them, this is the main reason i brought the car for you, waited 3 weeks for the appointment, another 34 days for the car and this was not even done... What do you propose on how to fix this? They respond that I did not bring the car for that and basically tell me to move on. Really? thats how you are handling this? I brought the car in for 1 thing, got upsold waited almost 2 months in total and did not even get what I went in for and got charged a ton for an "upscale professional" shop but got crap service. Then when I complained and gave them the opportunity to fix or offer anything, they passed the buck and basically told me flip off.... Be careful bringing your car here! Stay in constant communication with them if you are leaving your car for an extended period of time and make sure your car isn't just sitting outside in front of their shop just for pictures! read more

I am a loyal person and I stick with people thru thick and thin. I've been going to and recommending tune time and the owner Matt for over 10 years. Unfortunately they have burnt their bridge with this customer for once and all. I guess they're to big for there loyal customers. I made an appointment in February first available was 2 months away. May 2nd. So like I stated my loyalty to this shop I waited for the appointment. I bring the car in the service writer starts off with telling me my well running 69 Corvette sounds like sh**. He try's to school my on how to start a carbureted car which I've been driving for 35 years I'm 52. He couldn't start it so storms off saying it's broke. I hop in 1 turn of key fires right up. As****. They have the car 4 days never looked at it. I was getting a simple lower radiator hose changed. They tried to turn it into a custom job pulling radiator and custom hose. Lol it's a big block 69 vette parts are available anywhere. The owner comes over and has the balls to tell me to wait my turn I said I did 2 months and 4 days he says what I'm supposed to take one of the other cars off the lift to do your little job. Lol good luck Matt you burnt me and now like all other corvette owners I will recommend East Coast Supercharging. Very nice people. Lenny you are in fact a liar and you should learn rule number 1 don't insult a customers ride you are not a mechanic. Oh and last thing they wanted a 500 dollar deposit before even looking at the car. Spent thousands of dollars on performance work here. Lol glad I took my car and ran not looking back. Excellent service. They perform top notch service. My vehicle was treated as if it were their own. They had to perform quite a bit of custom fabrication and it came out perfect. Too many so called performance shops are glorified parts hangers. Not these guys, a true performance shop. Very fair priced. Super friendly staff. To top it off I had a family emergency that unfortunately delayed the project by quite a bit. Nick was more than understanding. They offered help with anything they could. Don't bother going anywhere else. Everyone here is knowledgeable, meticulous, and go out of their way to make sure you're happy. I brought a 2017 ZL1 to them and they make it run better than I could imagine with a few upgrades. This shop actually does in house machining which is cool too.
