Unfortunately, after several attempts, we were unable to resolve the issues and I now feel compelled to leave this review. The service itself was very poor in that Nick and his co-worker cleaned my gutters after cleaning my windows causing the windows on two sides of my home to be left horribly dirty. Additionally, other windows and doors had to be recleaned unrelated to the gutter cleaning. Things were not returned to their original place both in and outside of the home. Windows were left partially opened and/or unlocked. The job was not done in a timely fashion. Lastly, without prior notice or discussion, Nick brought his toddler into my home while doing the interior window cleaning. My house is not child-proofed as I have no young children, leaving the child to get into several things. I also believe that I was significantly overcharged for the project. When discussing this, I was offered credits toward additional work. I am not interested in additional work of this quality. I would strongly recommend steering away from this company.

It rained again. It still was not fixed. They came out a total of three times and several times since then. Last year the owner came out and looked at the corner and said that looks like s***. They have added a bunch of caulk and silicone during their other trips to repair and now the corner gutter piece is actually rusting. Also, I had gotten into the attic about 2 years after they were here and realized they had put a hole through the roof with what looks like dropped a bundle of shingles. The owner came out again and told me it was nothing to worry about and if they had to take shingles off the roof they would never seal the same so I still have a hole. When I called again this year the owner said I could get new gutters for between 1200 and $1,800. What? The gutters that are on the house are only 5 and 1/2 years old but unfortunately we're not installed properly. I'm angry and disappointed in this business.

With their already busy schedule due to the amount of storm damage in the Northern Illinois area, they didn't hesitate to come out and patch the roof so we wouldn't incur anymore damage before they could replace it. The crew was fast, efficient, and professional only taking a day to complete tear off, repair and re-shingle. They also kept the area around the house cleaned up as they worked. The most impressive deal is they stand behind their work with a 50 year warranty. In 2024 we had them install new gutters and downspouts. Again, the crew was fast, efficient, and professional. We had Chuck shoot us a quote early in the year and even though material prices had risen by the time we were ready for them to come do the job, Chuck kept his word and only charged us what he had quoted. Two years later for the roof, One year for the gutters and many more storms, high winds, and another tornado, everything still looks fantastic and has held up amazingly.
