Mr. Lucky used a terrific appointment service tool that automatically sent notifications of my appointment and when he was on route. He put a big tarp over the carpet, removed the fireplace insert, promptly started my chimneyoscopy with a camera and a flashlight, and cleaned up right and proper. Fortunately my exam showed no polyps of soot or other offending alien material. He fixed the flue so now we can have wood fires...in the summer? What the heck.
