The zipper on our samsonite hard sided luggage was starting to come rip from the seams. I reached out via Fink's website where I submitted photos and described my problem. It took them about 9 days to respond saying they could take care of it. My wife dropped it off the next day, but she was never given a price nor estimated time to completion. I emailed back asking for an estimated price and time to completion and never heard back. 3.5 weeks later I get a heads up that it's complete, I go pick up and was charged $20, and have had no issues since. Staff was a little aloof, but nice enough. All in all, if you're not in a rush, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my luggage here. I do wish communication would be improved going forward though.

What I appreciated is that while she was helpful, she was not pushy and gave us space to talk about the products between my husband and myself, to determine what we wanted to do. The return policy was something that was important to me in deciding to purchase this product at this time as it is a Christmas present. The sales woman confirmed the product could be returned to the outlet (or a local outlet) through the end of January. This gave me comfort that should the item not be exactly what the individual was looking for they could return or exchange it. She offered and wrapped the item up nicely in the red Tumi paper before we headed out. I would shop here again based on the quality of the product, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.
