Downloaded Yelp just to give this review. The older lady with red hair, crazy makeup, and an arm brace was EXTREMELY rude to me and my family. First of all, as soon as we walked up, she said "Can't you see that we're closing??" In the most rude tone ever. Mind you, it was 6:50PM and they close at 7PM. She then said we "lost our brain cells" because we couldn't see they were closing. All the merchandise was still out at this point. We told her she was being rude, but she didn't care. This place used be cool. Now it's filled with high priced toys you can get at Amazon for 1/2 the cost. We stopped by to buy a Kit Kat clock. The guy behind the counter was a rude dude who thought we came in to talk to him. When we walked away to look at items. He played a loud air raid sound affect the rest the time we were in the store. We did not buy the clock. When we left he switched back to music. NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. read more

This store should NOT be in business. Yesterday, my friends and I were shopping and I looked at my dad and pointed to a bobble head and the awful man behind the counter yelled at the top of his lungs, "DO NOT TOUCH THE BOBBLEHEADS! DO NOT TOUCH THE BOBBLEHEADS!" I'll remind you I never even can close to touching one. I told him to not talk to me like that! He told me to get out of his store. We moved on to another store and I decided to go back by myself to get the name of the store so I could write a yelp review. He immediately saw me. Two ladies going into the store were about to talk to start conversing with him and I said "maam I would not do business with this man!" And he chases me out of the store threatening to call the police on me and goes out in the street and videos me all the way until I went out of sight. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

The service was a treat. Maggie was very helpful and entertaining. The experience was a blast. I was just "looking" but ended up spending a $100 bucks. Got a few gag gifts for friends and family so they can laugh too. read more

this store made my trip to Arizona so much more enjoyable. Bob is SO kind and truly cares about the safety of others. He had amazing stories to share of the history of Sedona and what put it on the map. he's eccentric but couldn't of asked for a better "tour" guide of Sedona. definitely will be visiting again! read more

Owner was super rude!!! Yelled that we couldn't come in his store without a mask on, before we even entered the store. And we clearly were in the process of fully placing them all the way on. We were the only ones looking through the items being sold out in front. It was 111° so we were trying to catch our breath before having to put our mask back up before entering. Anyways he kept ordering us not to enter (at the top of his voice) as I noticed a couple walk past his register without masks on!! Are you flippin kidding me?? He starts yelling at me again saying "you have to leave if you're not wearing a mask"! So then I said "but its ok for them to not wear a mask"? Then he replied "I didn't see them". I pointed & siad "you didn't see them walk right past you, oh is it because they're white"? So I'm like "you didn't see then walk right past you, but you saw us outside your store"? I loved this store! It's great for souvenirs, beautiful, trendy, chic women's clothing and handbags, and novelty gifts. This store is small but has a lot of cool items. I spent an hour in there and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner is a real hoot! read more

Do yourself, and the world, a favor by patronizing this incredible little gem of a store. Possibly my most memorable shopkeeper ever. While visiting from out of town, we stopped by to get my kid, who was cold, a knit hat. But what we got was so much more and totally worth the $10 cost of the hat. The shopkeeper has run this store for 25 years and has lived in Sedona long enough to see it change from a sleepy southwest village to a tourist boomtown. And he has stories, boy, does he have stories! I'll let you hear them for yourself. Ask about the foreign currency decorating the wall behind the counter! As for goods, there's an assortment of toys, Sedona souvenirs, clothing, and things that would make nice gifts even for locals. read more

RUDE. Stopped in for some souvenirs and found an item that clearly had years of dust accumulated on it. I was surprised by the $13 price tag, then noticed it was covering up another price tag. I peeled it off to see that it had previously been $12, then marked down to $6. I went to ask the woman at the counter about it, and she snapped IT'S $13. I suggested she may want to remove the old tag and she snatched it out of my hands so abruptly and rudely that I was shocked. I was part of a group of 6 and we left immediately. They've got cute stuff but their service is TERRIBLE. read more

RUDE EMPLOYEE - I really liked this store; we shopped here every time we visited Sedona but I will never shop here again. The grumpy old man who worked today (Oct. 29, 2017) clearly does not own or have any kind of commitment to this store. To get upset with the potential customer for unfolding a shirt to size it is ridiculous. It was two shirts and one I planned on buying. He threw the shirt in the chair clearly pissed off that he had to refold it. When I said "we can shop somewhere else" he let us leave- stupid man. This is a tourist town and without the tourist this little town would be nothing. If you own this store you might rethink this employee. He's driving your business away literally. read more

Who gets the cops called on them while looking around a cute lil store in Sedona? Me and my lil boy! He started to break a seal to a toy, when i told him no, he couldnt, it barely ripped and the owner comes like a bat out of hell around the corner demanding I pay. Um, no.....told him I wouldn't pay, it wasn't opened or broken....told him he could call the cops and he did!! Over a $5 toy (sealed) and a 5 year old boy. What a joke this man was. He was extremely rude. I would've let the cops come, we didn't steal anything, didn't break anything and the seal was still intact, just started to rip. He called the police as we waited, but my mom ended up paying the $5. read more
