I'm in my mid-fifties and never regularly exercised, was overweight, and had horrible balance. While the workouts are tough, I won't deny that, the results are undeniable and so worth it. Doug's specialty is pushing you to do more than you thought you could do and Tori rocks at keeping your form effective and giving you positive energy and encouragement. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.
