I would leave 0 stars if I could. My movers were scheduled to arrive between 9-10 am. They still…read morehadn't shown up by 11, so I called and talked to the owner. He said he'd find out what was going on, and call me back in 5 minutes. He called back about an hour later, and said they were on the way. They finally showed up at 1:00. Three hours late! I'm supposed to turn my keys in to my apartment by 5, so this is already bad. They said the owner never even told them they were supposed to be there between 9-10. They show up with a small U-Haul truck! I already knew everything wasnt going to fit, but they're determined to try. I was busy doing things myself, and I didn't think they'd need to be supervised, but they were trying to get everything done so fast that they constantly dropped boxes, dropped whole loads off of the dollys, and shoved everything in the truck no matter which way they had to stuff it in. Needless to say, they damaged stuff while doing this, and still couldn't fit it all in! Then they just left for the new house leaving all of my remaining property sitting outside of my apartment! Not only that, they left it all blocking the staircase that 2 other apartments use! During all of this, the boss showed up to help. Never introduced himself as the owner, didn't apologize for the situation, and copped an attitude when I told him how terrible this whole situation was! We got to the new house, and the movers apparently got lost, so it took them over an hour on a 20 minute drive. When I called to inquire about where they were, the owner said, "Well, they've been working hard, and probably stopped to eat. They're human too." What kind of answer is that?! I'm not paying by the hour for them to stop and eat! I hadn't even eaten myself all day because of this situation! Regardless, they got lost, and the owner didn't have a clue what he was talking about. They unloaded everything, and couldn't even put most of the stuff in the right place. It ended up taking 8 hours total to move a 2-bedroom apartment with 4 guys working! The owner said he gave me $100 off, but the total still came out to 8 hours of work. Now, the owner is completely ignoring me about damages. He's extremely unprofessional, hardly ever answers the phone, takes hours or days to call you back, no apologies or regrets at all. I've moved dozens of times in my life, and this was, by far, the worst move ever. Avoid this business like the plague!

This is the only moving company you should consider!. I would highly recommend Pro Dependable…read moremoving. I have moved many (10+) times and they have been by far the best moving company I've worked with. They were fast and efficient but also careful. You can't beat the price either. The men were very friendly and respectful. I will be using them again.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with All My Sons…read more I booked a move for my 85-year-old grandmother on Friday after being assured they could complete the move on Saturday. I was told I would receive a confirmation call, but never did. When I called the next day, I learned they had my phone number entered incorrectly. We completed the confirmation over the phone, and I was told the move was still scheduled. The move window was between 12 PM and 4 PM. After waiting for hours, I had to call multiple times for updates. First, I was told the truck was stuck and waiting for a tow. Later, after spending most of my day waiting near the storage unit, I was finally informed around 6 PM that the move would not happen and would need to be rescheduled for the next morning. The movers who arrived on Sunday were excellent. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, and respectful throughout the move. When a piece of glass was damaged during the move, they immediately took responsibility and went out of their way to have a replacement cut before continuing. Their customer service and effort were appreciated. My frustration is with the scheduling and communication from the company. I lost an entire day waiting, had to repeatedly call for updates myself, and was not informed until late in the day that the move would not be happening as scheduled. Moving an elderly family member is stressful enough without spending hours wondering whether the movers are coming. The final bill was just over $1,000 for an 11-mile move from a storage unit to an apartment. While I understand moving services are expensive, the cost made the communication and scheduling issues even more disappointing. The movers themselves deserve recognition for the job they did, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication and unreliable scheduling.

This was, without question, the worst moving experience I've ever had…read more I was scheduled as the second move of the day, but the crew didn't arrive until nearly 7:00 PM and didn't finish until around 2:30 AM. There was zero proactive communication about the delay, which made it incredibly difficult to plan--especially as a single parent managing a full move. This timeline severely impacted my children as well. I have kids, including a teenager who works, and none of us were able to get proper sleep because the move went so late into the night. It wasn't just inconvenient--it disrupted our entire household. Despite having a three-person crew, the move was extremely slow and inefficient. I ended up paying around $2,000 for a move that: * Was completed in the middle of the night * Left items in the wrong rooms * Resulted in missing (and expensive) cords * Forced me to leave items behind because I was exhausted and couldn't afford more time The lack of communication, poor time management, and overall execution were unacceptable. I do not feel the charges reflect the service that was provided. I would strongly caution others before booking. This experience added unnecessary stress to what should have been an exciting transition.

It is not too much to ask of a business owner to care about what his employee did to a client. My…read moregoal with this review has always been to warn all women to RECORD EVERYTHING and do not be alone if you can help it anytime you have strange men in your home. Bison was hired by DVIS (Domestic Violence Intervention Services) to get me safely out of my home last August 2025 and Bison failed to provide this. I did everything I was supposed to do and reported what happened to DVIS. That former case mgr told me to call Bison. This in the middle of an out-of-town relocation for my own safety and during recovery from two illnesses while experiencing DV. The owner has the audacity to suggest on Yelp 2 things: That I was reaching out to him (reframing) and that I was somehow responsible for what took place, which is a very interesting way to look at things. In truth, I reached out to the business the week before moving day because I knew I wasn't going to be ready for them to move everything by that Friday. The DVIS case manager, who is a good friend of the business owner (her words) told me to call them and asked for extra help. I have chronic Lyme disease and was recovering from mononucleosis (reactivated Epstein Barr virus due to extreme stress). I'm also a senior. Bison Moving said they had no availability. I was left with no one to turn to for help. The business owner has recently stated on here that he fired his employee, J, over the incident. Good to know -- when I called to speak to the owner in Sept 2025, I was met with hostility and no update. But this predator is still out there somewhere, stated to me that he'd worked there for 5 years, and was 27 at the time. He still felt comfortable enough to text me a week after the move "to check on me and see if I needed any more help". It was scary. He showed no anxiety while in my home on that Friday and Saturday, was very superficially charming and arrogant. He had likely done this before and will likely do it again, only next time it may be worse. Women -- take precautions with all strange men coming into your home. You must protect yourselves from these types because they're everywhere right now. Bison Moving's crew walked into my home knowing why they were there -- J expressed his sympathy and asked for a hug first thing, and it felt icky. He knew I was vulnerable, exhausted, and desperate because he knew DVIS had contracted the move. They all knew. He later asked if he could take his shirt off. I fed two of the crew members because one of them told me he had not even eaten before showing up to work and responded that he was hungry when I asked. And I worked right alongside them, even though I was very ill. At the end of that day when we were all on the elevator, J asked me if I was going to give them a big tip. It was a horrible experience all around. And then J showed up the next day since he just happened to be free on Saturday -- to use more coercive control and assault me, and make some good cash. He told me it was fine with Bison and he did it all the time. He was the team leader and the other two guys said nothing. Fortunately, another company was hired to finish the job at a later date by moving me to my actual new city, and they were fantastic. Zero issues, I felt safe and they exhibited total professionalism, so it is possible.

I received an estimate the week before my move for 4-6 hours. It took over 8 hours. The crew…read morearrived and before they entered the house they complained of being tired. Four hours in while they were still loading, I offered to buy lunch. The driver quickly said that they would rather have a big tip. The driver told me during this time that he didn't think the truck was big enough for everything and it would require two trips. They gouged a couple of walls being careless. The driver assured me that he would take pictures and it would be fixed. He never did. Upon arrival at my new home, they again gouged walls with the furniture and were in such a hurry to leave that they left most of the furniture wrapped in plastic and blankets. I still tipped the crew but also emailed the company. They did offer to fix the damaged walls and unwrap furniture. At that point I had already taken care of everything myself.
