I cannot recommend this dealership enough!…read more I have purchased two vehicles from Apple Sport Ford. A 2022 Ford Tremor and a 2024 Ford Expedition. Both transactions were flawless, painless, 100% conducted quickly, efficiently, with respect for my time over email and a few texts. From initial contact through delivery to my home south of Fort Wroth, the amount of time needed to work these deals was minimal, and pleasurable! In an industry that is full of unscrupulous and deceptive sales tactics....Apple Sport Ford is the exception and leads the way regarding conducting business the RIGHT WAY! Thank you Apple Sport Ford!

My husband and I drove an hour and a half with our 7 month old daughter to our 9am appointment,…read moreupon arrival we were told the truck we were interested in was at the service managers house, and that the truck would be back in "30 minutes to an hour". Low and behold we waited two hours in the car while our 7 month old daughter screamed the entire time. Absolutely unimpressed is an understatement. I truly don't understand the incompetence and disrespect. There were no updates and just expected us to wait around all day on their time. Bottom line we are truly unsatisfied and disappointed. I'd expect a truck to be ready at 9am if that was when our appointment was.

As a senior citizen, disabled veteran, and female, I left this purchase experience feeling misled…read moreduring the financing process. I arrived at Apple Sport Chevrolet fully intending to use my own financing through my credit union. Very early in the process, the sales department was quick to tell me that I could not use my own financing and that the dealership required customers to use their financing in order to purchase a vehicle. Shortly after that conversation, the finance manager came in strong behind them to reinforce that message, making it very clear that I would either have to use the dealership's financing or pay cash. The implication was essentially "finance with us or you cannot buy the vehicle." Let me be clear -- I am not naïve and I am not uninformed. I am a retired Colonel from the United States Army and currently a college professor at Baylor University. I fully understand how dealership financing works. Rather than waste additional time starting over at another dealership, I chose to proceed with the purchase and the dealership's financing knowing that I would immediately refinance the loan with my credit union, which I ultimately did. Unfortunately, it took nearly a full month dealing with the small credit union the dealership placed the loan with before I was finally able to refinance it this week. The tactics used in the finance office felt predatory and deceptive, and the coordinated messaging from both the sales staff and finance manager made it clear the goal was to force dealership financing so additional products and warranties could be added to increase profit. To be fair, the sales team themselves were otherwise very friendly, respectful, helpful, and low pressure during the vehicle selection process. However, when it came to financing, the experience changed completely. Apple Sport Chevrolet should be ashamed if this behavior is condoned by management. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not pressure tactics. I will absolutely warn others about the financing practices at this dealership.

VERY POOR quality of care…read more I brought my 8 month old dog here because he had a broken leg. They inserted a rod implant and cerclage wire. My dog is very rambunctious and it was difficult for me to keep him extremely still for healing. I asked them multiple times for sedatives to use at home and they refused to give me anything other than anti-anxiety medicine and told me to give him Benadryl. I told them none of that worked for him and they still refused sedatives. My dog was hospitalized (AKA crated 24/7 with little to no human interaction) at their request about a week after surgery due to his misplaced rod causing blood to pool under his skin and pour out from his incision. While being "hospitalized" his surgical procedure failed due to him freaking out while being crated. They STILL refused to give him any sedatives to calm him down. He also came home after 3 days completely dehydrated (dark orange urine) and he had lost a significant amount of weight. I took him to Texas A&M Small Animal Hospital the day after I brought him home from Buffalo Animal Hospital and they immediately gave him pain medicine and sedatives, took an X-ray which "showed implant failure (broken cerclage wire), pin extension into the stifle joint, and soft tissue swelling associated with the proximal aspect of the pin." They consulted with their orthopedic surgery service and they recommended revision so fracture repair due to the implant failure, pin extension into the stifle joint, soft tissue swelling, and concern for possible implant-associated infection. I am not happy with the outcome of this surgery nor the tone in which I have been spoken to by the staff at Buffalo Animal Hospital. On multiple occasions they accused me of "letting him run around" causing problems with his surgery when in fact I have only done exactly what they've told me to do. I firmly believe if I would have kept him home, and not brought him there to be "hospitalized", he wouldn't have broken the cerclage wires and his implant wouldn't have failed. Now I have to bring him to yet another veterinarian to do the surgery to fix what Buffalo Animal Hospital has done to my dog. I will never be back here and I will tell everyone about my experience.

She had first called her primary vet, who after so many years, told them..."we have no one to help you, you'll need to go to a&m for after hours care". My parents were so distraught, knowing that Pixie was in pain, and my mom at the last minute, called your office. Y'all stayed open for them, you examined Pixie, and though it wasn't what any of us had expected, y'all were there for every minute. It meant so much to us what y'all did. My mom told me it seemed y'all truly cared for Pixie, despite meeting her for the first, and last time. Also, thank you so much for the little card!! My mom loved it, and though it brought all the tears back, she will always keep that card nearby. Thank you for what you do, and for doing it so well. You can expect us to make our next appointment with y'all!!
