I didn't catch names, but every single person that helped us was beyond kind and helpful. They gave us tissues for tears, great suggestions for hair products, and consoled my daughter and reminded her that she is beautiful, which restored her confidence. They have hairdressers in the store and invited my daughter to come in for her next cut. I truly appreciate the crew that helped us.
