We came in to get some rosemary oil to help promote hair growth. My daughter is 9 and was very upset that her hair was cut so short. At one point, I also started crying because I felt bad for her. I didn't catch names, but every single person that helped us was beyond kind and helpful. They gave us tissues for tears, great suggestions for hair products, and consoled my daughter and reminded her that she is beautiful, which restored her confidence. They have hairdressers in the store and invited my daughter to come in for her next cut. I truly appreciate the crew that helped us.
