I truly can't say enough about Aleah and I feel so grateful to have met her. When we first met…read moreAleah, my daughter (then 5 years old) had suffered from 8 cases of strep throat in the last 9 months and had been overloaded with antibiotics. She had many health issues since birth and had been seen by multiple specialists at Children's Hospital and UCSF. At our inital consultation, I expressed my concerns, exhaustions and went over her health history. I walked out of her office with a list of labs to request from her pediatrician and a new hope of the possibility to find and treat the underlying conditions causing her severe symptoms. Her pediatrician ran the tests without questions since we were regulars in her office and had not found a solution. After those tests, we had answers! I was so relieved! Again we were sent to specialists at UCSF, none of which could help. Back with Aleah, she discovered that my daughter was suffering from leaky gut syndrome, hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism, Epstein Barr virus, and some liver damage. She promptly put us on a protocol that honestly, at first, seemed overwhelming but Aleah was there EVERY single step of the way, even when I called her crying in the store trying to figure out what to buy. She never pressured me and even when I said I couldn't afford to do it all, she walked me through each step that I could. We now feel so empowered knowing how to treat the root causes instead of the symptoms. With each step, where we would have gone for antibiotics or medications, I put my full trust in Aleah to guide us through without them and as hard as it was, her protocols have gotten us thru every single time healthier and stronger. Aleah is truly magical and I literally recommend her to every client and family member spending time, money and energy in treating their confusing symptoms so that they can feel the same sense of freedom in treating the root cause. Rest assured, you're in amazing healing arms with Aleah Howington.

I started suffering from stroke-like migraines and was dealing with constant fatigue and depression. My husband was suffering from the excess weight he had put on, body cramps, sciatica, irregular sleep, and hemorrhoids. Since we started working with her the majority of our symptoms have completely disappeared. I have not had migraine since and no longer feel tired or depressed, I wake up everyday ready to take on challenges and the world. My husband's hemorrhoids are gone and very rarely will he have a cramp and he practically never has a sciatic episode anymore. Now we both sleep extremely well at night and have gained so much energy and mental clarity during the day. And, I should mention, we have lost a combined total of 65 lbs. so far! Our overall body composition is so different and becoming lighter has taken a lot of stress and anxiety away- physically, emotionally and mentally. The weight management program works ridiculously well and will have you feeling your best every single day. None of our success and current state of health would have been possible without Aleah and her constant support and knowledge. She is so kind and has been such an inspiration, and has literally given us our lives back. Thank you, Aleah, you are a rockstar!

My $75 deposit was not applied to my treatment as required by their own policy, and I had to point this out to management because it was not handled correctly at the time of service. Getting my money back was a long and frustrating process. It took over five weeks and seven phone calls before the refund was finally sent. I was only informed after continued follow-ups that a check had supposedly been mailed and "lost in the mail." The refund was eventually issued, but only after significant persistence on my part. I strongly recommend that customers closely monitor deposits and refunds and be prepared to follow up repeatedly if an issue arises.
