I don't appreciate a dental place being racist to my aunt. Would not recommend. Does not do the job that's been inquired.

Dr. Ganni's charming chairside manner and humble confidence can put the most dental-phobe patient…read more(ME) at ease. He quickly recognized my anxiety and fear, and made the visits completely uneventful. I remember nothing and have no reason for any new fears! I had a bad infection and a rough extraction of a severely cracked molar that my regular Dentist had missed for months. While there was a complication of a tooth shard buried in my gum after the first surgery, Dr. Ganni handled it quickly and without any question. He has an outstanding and compassionate staff that is there for any issue. I cannot recommend Dr Ganni enough. I only wish I could enlist him as my family Dentist for regular visits.

I had a small non malignant tumor removed from my tongue on a Monday. The paperwork I brought home…read moresaid the pain would peak in 3-4 days. The following Monday, 7 days later, I was in bad pain. I called Dr. Gianni's office and asked if I whoever answered the phone if I could com in. She asked Dr. Ganni and he said no, the pain was just taking a little longer to go away. I told the "receptionist" I really wanted to see the doctor because it hurt so bad. She went and asked him again, and he said no again, and that he would call me out some mouthwash. I couldn't believe that he wouldn't see me in case there was something wrong. The receptionist wasn't overly nice either. I just felt like he ordered that mouthwash to get me to shut up and not come in. That afternoon my mouth, throat and ear hurt so bad I went to urgent care. The doctor said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ear, but a nerve might have been injured during the procedure. He recommended I go to an ear, nose, and throat specialist. I went the next morning and the doctor there said there was nothing wrong with my ear, but inflammation from the surgery might have inflamed the eustachian tube and gave me prednisone and mouthwash. I was still taking antibiotics Dr. Ganni had given me. I also was still taking taking antibiotics and had a steroid injection for something different. It's been two weeks now and can't eat or sleep because pain in mouth and ear. Have not heard a word from Dr. Ganni's office. I go back to the ENT doctor tomorrow. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Ganni. He had extracted a tooth for me a few ago and everything was fine. This time he dropped the ball.

People should avoid this dentistry. I made an appointment last month where I had a tiny window of…read moretime being in town in between my job contracts. I was very specific when booking the appointment of what I'd like done (a cleaning) and I was assured that on the appointment date it would happen. While making the appointment, I verified 2 times what the price would be so there would be no surprises later. Imagine my surprise when I came in for my appointment, verified at check in the price and services that day, and was sat down/prepped, and told the price would be 3x the amount at the end, and they wouldn't even do the cleaning that day (only X-rays and a check up). I work internationally, and the days that went by when I made sure to verify multiple times was a waste. After speaking up about the bait and switch I was given when I made the appointment, the person in charge (there was no team leader present that day) said she'd issue a refund and provided me a receipt of the refund. Checking my bank statement a month later and I see that the charge was still there, and not removed or refunded. I received no care, I was misinformed, and I was scammed at still being charged. Please avoid this practice! The dentist near Kroger was far more helpful and honest.

My experience has been an amazing one. From the ladies at the front desk to Blanca and Dr. Castillo…read moreeveryone was extremely pleasant. Dr Castillo explained everything he was going to do before the tooth was abstracted, and the process of the after care. I felt like I was in good hands. There was no pain, no excessive bleeding, or irritations. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to the full experience.
