These days I typically feel rushed with any fears/questions/concerns I address with any healthcare provider and I never felt any of that when I have addressed any concerns or questions with Dr Morrison. Waited 2 weeks for an appt here and was very clear when it was made. Said I already had a dentist, and all I needed from them was an impression and retainer ordered. They said this was not an issue. Arrived for my appt to a mountain of paperwork. Ridiculous, but completed. Waited until I was called. I was taken to get x-rays. I reiterated that I was only there for them to take an impression of my teeth and order a retainer. Was told the x-rays were required. Got up and walked out. They do not in any way need to have a full set of x-rays to take an impression or order a retainer. Just blatant insurance abuse, if not fraud. If I allowed them to do them, and charge my insurance company, then that service would not be available for my actual dentist when it was time. I will order them from an online provider.
