When I arrived to my appointment they had a "temp" dentist who the dental assistant tried to convince me to reschedule because the temp dentist wasn't good at pulling teeth. Mind you this was when I arrived for my appointment. I was already there and didn't have anymore sick time to use so I told them I can't reschedule. So the temp dentist did the work on me. She did the best she could but she wasn't strong enough to remove a part of one of my wisdom teeth and referred the rest of the work to an oral surgeon. So I return a few months later because I broke a tooth. I made an appointment to get a root canal and they assured me they had a legit in house dentist NOW and he was able to do all the work I needed. The next week they call me and tell me they have to cancel my appointment because the dentist couldn't order the supplies he needed in time and that they could refer me to another dentist. This place is terrible. It's the worst dental practice I have ever come across in my life.

Everyone was nice and I really liked the dentist that I saw, but refusing to schedule a normal cleaning made the whole thing a waste of time for me.

Leading up to the appt the staff reached out to ensure my insurance information was captured prior to my visit. When I got to the oral surgeons office and relayed what happened to me the dental assistant informed me that MULTIPLE patients have expressed the same mortifying behavior from aspen dental (and reffered us to a different dentist in the area)Between not listening to thier patients to the downright attitudes they have. I was told I would need to get deep cleanings every quarter instead of every 6 months. I thought that I would leave having had a cleaning but instead they sent me to the billing clerk so that I could figure out payment and then schedule the cleaning after. They tried to charge me $800 per cleaning initially. After I told her that their price was significantly outside of my Dentist budget she cut the price down to $300. It felt predatory and disingenuous. I told her I wouldn't be coming back and I left. I ended up finding another dentist that charges me $65 per quarterly cleaning. Same insurance and everything. If you like nice leather sofas, tvs and overpriced service this is the place for you. If not I do not recommend it.
