The office Manager Lisa Dillion needs to be a bit more professional and not treat everyone with rude behavior or comments.

Great clinic, great people doing a great job. Minus 1 star though for their text system. They blow…read moreup my phone with appointment information, yet when I text them for appointments (as they prefer to calling them) I get no response. They were better about responding to text messages when they began taking appointments by text, but perhaps they become overwhelmed by the process. I do think if they cut out half the volume of texts they send me, they would have more time to answer people's texts. I sent in at least 3 requests over an 8 hour period, which normally would only need one text. Finally, 30 minutes before they closed I had to call them. By that I mean I had to sit on hold for quite some time to make an appointment. This is also part of the problem. Since they began the preference for text over phoning in for appointments, one will sit on hold far longer than before. I used to be on hold for no longer than 5 minutes or so. Now, it's more like 10 - 20 minutes. Maybe I am the only one having these issues. Otherwise, the quality of care, number of services, excellent referrals, and quality of service in office are excellent!

He seems to know nothing aboutyl my situation even though I've seen him multiple times. Every time I see him, it is like the first visit. You're better off scheduling with a neurologist out of network because Doctor Chahill is no help. He always seem to not care about my situation. In fact, it seemed to me like I was just a number that he wanted to get in and get out. Super frustrating

**Disappointing Experience at Adventist Health Visalia Quick Care**…read more A week and a half ago, I visited Adventist Health Visalia Quick Care because I was experiencing a cough, headache, and fever\. I was tested for COVID\-19 and influenza, and after waiting for the results, I was seen by Juanita Castellanos\. I was informed that I had tested negative for the conditions I was tested for\. However, my time with the provider lasted no more than two minutes\. I was advised to take over\-the\-counter medication and to follow up with my primary care doctor if I was not feeling better by Monday\. I explained that I had already been self\-medicating for three days before coming in, yet this information did not seem to receive any acknowledgment or further discussion\. I left feeling disappointed with the lack of attention and concern given to my symptoms\. I understand that urgent care facilities can be busy and that providers have many patients to see\. However, **healthcare should be about more than the number of patients seen in a day; it should be about the quality of care each patient receives\.** Patients deserve to feel heard, have their concerns taken seriously, and receive an appropriate assessment of their symptoms\. Unfortunately, I left feeling as though my visit was rushed rather than receiving the care and attention I had hoped for\. I believe every patient deserves more than a brief interaction and a recommendation to take over\-the\-counter medication, especially when they have already been trying to manage their symptoms on their own\. I hope Adventist Health Visalia takes this feedback constructively and considers how it can improve the patient experience\. Everyone deserves to feel that their health and well\-being matter\.
