I dislike her tone/attitude and just sets the mood for the entire appointment or phone call. Like others mentioned, you can stand there starring and there is no acknowledgement. I understand if you're on the phone, and can't put the phone down to talk to me (common sense). A simple smile or hand gesture to say it will be a minute would suffice and go a long way. Still trying to figure out if it's worth dealing with the front desk staff in order to have a good doctor.

They were better about responding to text messages when they began taking appointments by text, but perhaps they become overwhelmed by the process. I do think if they cut out half the volume of texts they send me, they would have more time to answer people's texts. I sent in at least 3 requests over an 8 hour period, which normally would only need one text. Finally, 30 minutes before they closed I had to call them. By that I mean I had to sit on hold for quite some time to make an appointment. This is also part of the problem. Since they began the preference for text over phoning in for appointments, one will sit on hold far longer than before. I used to be on hold for no longer than 5 minutes or so. Now, it's more like 10 - 20 minutes. Maybe I am the only one having these issues. Otherwise, the quality of care, number of services, excellent referrals, and quality of service in office are excellent!
