Despite the clear line of cars, the driver went out of their way to cut in front of four drivers who had been patiently waiting. The vehicle's license plate number was 51H 557. LIC 7234 I hadn't heard of this company before, but when you're driving a company car, you're representing the business. Unfortunately, this behavior reflects poorly on the company. While I'm currently looking for pest control services in my area, I will not be considering this company due to this experience."

We joined and he did the yard and garage. We paid for maybe 9 months of service, breaking down to 4 actual services. Michael never communicated when he was coming. We had no issue till he came unannounced and rang the doorbell at 7:30am. Within a minute of no response, he proceeds to place a ladder over our gate and decides he is going to "service" the yard regardless of our permission or consent. 7:30am door bell, 7:32am He is climbing over our gate and into our backyard. My family was in charge of the contract with his business, and since he could not reach them. He sent me several texts, harassing me for information on how my family was, and that he was going to put the account in collections. Once again, I was not included in the financial or contractual part of the account. My number was placed on the account so I can be contacted by Michael to allow him to service the yard, something he failed to ever communicate after initial service. But he managed to text me to collect for the service. I find the harassment to be threatening and concerning to say the least. I don't advise use of service as Michael has demonstrated a lack of boundaries and proper communication on his part.
