Almost 2 weeks later I called him. He told me what the problem area-was and that I would have to build up one corner 12 in and then run a level down to the other end, He made it sound simple .Until I actually went out and looked at the area. A simple leveling was not going to work. Called and asked questions on how and what I could do to fix the problem (I'm not a contractor). Called left message no answer. Twice. Brought contractor friend out to help me , started cutting greenery and digging the ground down 12 in so as to get the side leveled as requested. Called left message as the contractor had questions. He texted me he was on his phone with his attorney. 1 1/2 later texted him-again .he texted me back I'm declining selling you a car port. DO NOT CALL OR TEXT ME FROM THIS POINT FORWARD. What a great family-owned business. This business has been in the family for 3 generations. I am in…read morethe military and found they had a vehicle I wanted. We worked everything out over the phone. I flew in to purchase the vehicle. I could not arrive until after their scheduled closing time. They waited for me to arrive and were super helpful. There are no issues with the paperwork for the military, which can be a little difficult sometimes. There was no rush, they took their time explained everything to me. They let me go over the vehicle and were patient while I learned a little about the SUV. I cannot say enough about my experience with this family and their great business. In the future, if they have another car that I like, I would not hesitate to fly back to PA and buy another car from them.

I am writing this review as I am very upset about a purchase I made at Amish Yard in Canonsburg, PA…read moreon May 10, 2025. I ordered replacement parts for a Berlin Gardens chair I purchased two years ago. The parts came from the manufacturer sent to Amish Yard which I picked up In mid June. We replaced the new parts of the chair without any problem mid July. The chair is on the deck with five other pieces of deck furniture bought at Amish Yard. The deck is not covered exposed to the sun all day. With the very hot weather we had this past July and August, no one was out on the deck. On Thursday, August 21st. I went out in the deck and noticed burn marks on the new chair replacement pieces. I could not believe the new chair pieces had these marks. I have no idea what happened, since no one was on the deck prior to seeing these marks. On Friday, August 22, I stopped in Amish Yard with a picture of the chair. The two fellas who I was working with, Brandon and Andrew, were just as surprised and asked that I send them the picture, which I did. Brandon asked Andrew to send it to Berlin Gardens, and said he felt that they, Berlin Gardens, would send out new replacement parts since the replacement/defected parts were so new. They would call me once they heard back from Berlin Gardens. On Tuesday, August 26, I received a call from Andrew at Amish Yard stating that Berlin Gardens would not replace the defective parts. He asked if I had any glass, windows or doors near the chair, which I do, from my slider door to the deck and windows from the kitchen. He said that the marks on the replacement pieces of the chair, might have been caused by a glass reflection from the sun onto the chair. My response was that, I have other pieces of deck furniture on the deck and nothing else was damaged. I also stated that their products sit out in the weather on their store site and inside their showroom where they also had glass windows and doors and their pieces are fine. Then Andrew said that "Acts of God" are not covered by Berlin Gardens warranty. After spending around $4,000 plus over three years, and an additional $235.32 on defective replacement parts for a chair, I feel anyone would be very upset about this. I feel Berlin Gardens just doesn't care about the people they sell their products to. I never received any kind of written warranty, and feel their response is very poor customer service. I had hoped that the Amish Yard would have "gone to bat" for me with a better solution than Berlin Garden's reply. Both Brandon and Andrew were very nice to work with when buying other products from Amish Yard, and were very helpful when I was taking delivery of another chair this year. Please be very cautious when buying any products made by Berlin Gardens. I feel they do not stand behind their product and don't care about the customer.

This review is written regarding the best feeds store on Wildwood this past fall. It is written now…read moreas not many people look for a nursery review late fall and winter but rather the spring. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. Can't say enough about how much it made her wedding day and the complements we received about our outside decorations. Cathy B

The one problem I had was there where virtually no customer sales help at all and after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided to leave. In the entire time I was there not one sales person came up to me and asked if they could help me find something???????? For me that is poor customer service even if they have nice plants and trees and a huge selection customer service should always be #1.
