We don't have any of that. Me: Well what do you have? CJ: 2x4's and 4x4's. Me: Can you cut it? CJ: Nope. OSHA won't let us. They don't sell lumber and we don't cut it. Maybe in California you can find that size. We're the only ones who sell redwood in this area. Me: I was told that there is a saw mill on Highway 90 just past Milton that sells it and also I was told that Meredith and Son's sell it too. I thought I'd try your place first. CJ (with an even bigger attitude) Well that saw mill... Me (cutting him off, I had had enough): Well you seem to have a real attitude about this so I will just go somewhere else. I walk out of the sales office to my car. Get in the car, start the car and notice that the "Captain" has followed me outside. As I back out of the parking space he is motioning me to roll down my window. I don't and wave him off saying that I will take my business elsewhere. It's doubtful he heard me say this, since the window was not down but I certainly heard him yell out to me "to hell with you" as I drove away. Draw your own conclusions but if my life depended on purchasing a piece of lumber and "Captain Joe" had the last piece of wood from the last tree on Earth I would just as soon die. A world without trees would suck anyway so I'd be ok with it...

I was told diesel hose wouldn't work. Two parts stores and three marine parts stores in Pensacola later I pulled in at PRGC. Whoever it was that also learned to drive stick on a '79 Volvo sold me the hose AND MADE the union for me, for less than I paid for the other length of hose. Fantastic service, fun conversation and ...well the next day I was able to drive without huffing gasoline fumes. Other drivers on the I-10 bridge would be grateful if they ever knew.

We rented a trailer here to retrieve an antique I purchased 7 hours drive away…read more We have rented here before, this was actually the second rental, as the first time we rented here everything went well so we decided to rent here again. The gentleman that works here was very helpful, walked us thru the whole process & told us to return the trailer with his 24/7 self serve return whenever we liked as he is closed on Sundays. We picked up the trailer, picked up the antique & returned the trailer with no issues. However, the return did not process bc the web site was down. Another causality of the Digital Matrix apocalypse. Oopsy. Digital doesn't work without power derp derp. We prefer his wonderful customer to customer personal service better anyway. Glad to still have that option available ;) Will Return.
