My husband and I had an excellent experience with Tuff Shed, our sales representative, David Santiago, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly what our shed would look like, walking us through every detail and options available. We were able to see what the shed would look like via his computer. We never felt pressured into buying--David made the entire process stress-free, and informative. He helped us choose what worked best for my needs. Installation was just as great: professional, well organized, and completed in a timely manner exactly as planned. If you're in the market for a shed, I highly recommend going to see David Santiago at Tuff Shed. You won't be disappointed. read more

David Santiago, Sales and Design Consultant at Tuff Shed, provided us with excellent customer service. He was working by himself and helping another customer when my family and I walked in, but he immediately greeted us, let us know he would be with us shortly, and invited us to look at the sheds in the showroom. When we sat down with him, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and my daughters. They had many questions and specific ideas about how they wanted the shed designed, and David took the time to listen and explain all our options. He made the entire visit and purchasing process comfortable and easy, with absolutely no pressure. We needed a shed for my daughter, and David helped us create exactly what she wanted. As I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by David Santiago and told him my needs. I wanted a shed to store my holiday decorations as they took up too much room in the garage. I informed David that I wanted my two existing storage racks to fit inside the shed. From there, David provided a quote for a Lean-To style shed. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on any upgrades. He provided exactly what I needed. After getting the wife's approval, I revisited the showroom the next day, and was able to finalize things with David. The installers came during the week and had the shed built in about 3 hours. I appreciate the fast, friendly, and courteous service from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend David and Tuff Shed for your needs. P.S. - I also built the exact setup on the Tuff Shed website. The pricing David provided beat the online price (by hundreds). He is honest and will provide the best pricing available. Everything went smooth. I pretty much knew what I wanted. Ian Williams was my sales guy and easy to work with. I did add some upgrades regarding the flooring and door locking system. 10x12 with a 4ft loft on each side. Ian was great, no pressure, answered all my questions. The installers were great. They showed up at the time they were scheduled for. It took all day. It was painted and installed same day. They finished in the afternoon. read more

I had the pleasure of purchasing my shed online with the help of Ian Williams. Ian was kind and patient with the slew of questions I had. Ian was able to answer all the questions and make the buying process a smooth one. I am very pleased with the product and the speed at which it was installed. The roof and color of the siding was superb. I am very pleased with my decision to add shelving. The minimal cost to add this upgrade really adds to the shed's storage capabilities. The business is well run and organized. Tuff Shed strives to make the customer happy. My general contractor said he cannot compete with Tuff Shed's quality and price. Tuff Shed's manufacturing process makes it second to none. read more

Good afternoon Natalie, I wanted to reach out and commend Loretta for her exemplary customer service today. We recently lost our key for our Tuff Shed that we purchased back in 2009. She was able to walk me through locating the number on the handle and she was able to locate our original purchase from 2009 in order to get the serial number for the unit. We were afraid that we were going to have enlist the service of a locksmith, but with Loretta's due diligence she avoided that happening. She was also able to order us two sets of replacement keys. Having purchased our unit in 2009 and reading online how to retrieve the number I was unable to do so without her assistance. A HUGE thank you for her time and determination. read more

I had a terrific experience getting my new shed from Tuff Shed Ontario, especially my interaction with David Santiago. I initially used the online build function, but had questions and wanted to see what they offered in person. I was immediately greeted by David, who let me wander around on my own with no pressure. He called up my online build sheet, answered my questions and updated my options. Leading up to the actual build, David and the Tuff Shed team provided great communication, clarified a couple of build requirements and made some last minute adjustments for me. The day of the installation went smoothly and the team did a great job getting the shed up in my desired location and to my expectations. Love my new shed! read more

So, like many people, accumulating stuff is just part of life. Taking old stuff, and picking up new stuff when living and moving to new places just becomes routine. Of course intermittent purging occurs, but the stuff always seems to grow. Such is the case in our situation. Living in a home over twenty years and not being able to park one car in a three car garage got overwhelming. And the garage addict was full. Actually it still is. But happily 3/4 of the garage is now longer full of stuff. Tuff Shed to the rescue! Whew! I had wanted to buy a Tuff Shed a while ago, but my wife was not in agreement. And I will not make a big purchase without her agreement and involvement. Things always work out better when my wife is supportive, and involved. Otherwise, I just make things work out for the best. This time it was my wife who made the recommendation to buy a shed, and she was motivated to go shopping together to seek one out. Wonderful! We assessed Home Depot and Lowe's, but decided to go directly to the source. Why not? So we headed to Tuff Shed Ontario. That decision really worked out for the best. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly office staff. They directed us to the sales floor where we began to explore various models. While doing so, Mr. David Santiago, Salesperson, greeted us with a smile and a very pleasing personality. He took his time explaining the nuances of the models, but more importantly listened to our needs. He helped us select the right model for our purposes. That being the Lean-to model. During our interactions on the sales floor, and at his desk as we initiated the ordering process, they were not indicative of a sales encounter. They were more reflective of a conversation with a family member. Albeit there was a familiarity with the ethnic background between David and my wife, Borinquen. But notwithstanding, David is a person who will make you feel welcome, comfortable, and part of the Tuff Shed family. Hence, the purchasing process went very smoothly. David also took the initiative to provide us with important guidance regarding the best day to make the purchase given the purchasing option we pursued. So we were able to make the purchase worry free a few days later. In addition, the company staff was in continued contact with us via email, and text messages until the final order was verified and filled. This included revisions to the dimensions we submitted before the final ordering day. The office staff were very friendly and responsive. They certainly kept us at ease, and eager to receive our new shed. Which by the way was only about a week. And as for the delivery and setup? Awesome! The crew were friendly, efficient, conscientious, and masterful at constructing the shed on-site. A big thank you to Tuff Shed for sending us this team! In conclusion, if you are searching for a new shed, go directly to Tuff Shed Ontario. You won't regret your decision. And seek out Mr. David Santiago as your sales representative. His comportment is reflective of the type of salesperson we are all seeking, but most often never encounter. He is a good guy. We will make another purchase from him again. We have space behind the new shed for a smaller 5x6' shed. Thank you David and Tuff Shed Ontario for the wonderful experience. We are very happy with the entire process. And we appreciate our new Tuff Shed! read more

This is my second Tuff Shed. I used the build function on Tuff Shed's website to match my previous shed. I then decided to wander into the store located in Ontario to meet up with David Santiago. Came up with a mutually acceptable price, and scheduled delivery and installation for two days later. guys showed up at 9:30 AM and were completed by noon. 8x8 Garden shed built in 2-1/2 hours. I was very pleased with how quickly David Santiago was able to interview me for my needs and create the plan for which type and size shed I needed and anything else that was needed. After signing the contract on Monday, 1-19-26, I was contacted very promptly (within one or two days) by an employee at Tuff Shed to set up an installation date and was able to get the shed installed on Friday, 1-23-26, of the same week. The 2 men who came to do the installation really knew what they were doing and wasted no time and rapidly did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company and their employees. read more

we purchased the garden premier series and I can say the product is very good. I am giving a 2 star review because the installation was terrible. Afree taking all day, debris was left in the yard and paint drippings on our patio. the door had a 1/2-34" gap along the top. sunlight was coming in so rain would have too. they did come out and correct that problem, but overall the install was not a good experience. Will recommend the product, but watch the installation for errors. read more

Back in 2020 we needed a shed, so we headed to Tuff Shed where we were greeted by David Santiago. He was so nice and so helpful from the moment we walked in, but we ultimately decided to wait to get a shed. Fast forward to 2025, and we decided we really need that shed, so off to Tuff Shed we go again! We were once again greeted by David and he was so very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. We got the shed ordered, and now it's here and looks great!! Our Tuff Shed is everything we expected and more. We were attempting to purchase a shed from Home Depot but the tuff shed wouldn't be delivered for nearly two months. We decided to call Tuff Shed directly and spoke to Marc Zamora. Marc took great care of what we needed and expected. He was able to make a custom shed with exactly what we wanted, pictures and descriptions also. I was so thankful since the one at Home Depot was very generic and as is. Marc went above and beyond and then had the shed installed within three-four days after the original call. He walked us through the entire process and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our new unit. Every time I called he called me by name and was always available. Marc thank you again for your time and patience, and cannot wait to hit you up for our next build. The team that came over and built the shed was amazing also. Once on site they knew exactly what to do and the quality was on point! They really paid attention to detail. One thing was missing but we were assured it would be properly completed and I'm not even in the least worried they will not follow through. Which leads us to our last point. We have such piece of mind that our money was not only well spent, but that the quality and customer service is top rated. It's nice to be able to talk to real people who have the ability to manage any needs you may have, something that is truly missed these days, and well appreciated. Thanks Tuff Shed, Marc Zamora, and Ricardo for all you do! read more

Thank you David Santiago for find service. The quality of the shed is top notch. Once again, thank you very much.

Marc was amazing to work with through the whole ordering and customizing process. I'm a very picky person and he made everything a breeze. I made several custom requests that were not turned down, including a side porch. I had no idea that a side porch was even an option for the Premier Pro Tall Barn, but it is, so of course, I had to order it after seeing it on the web lol. I originally talked to Marc 3 years ago when I started looking for a shed, however, I wasn't sure what I wanted at that time, but I was happy to see he's still working with Tuff Shed and I was able to work with him to get this order in. I will post pictures when it's finished, but for now it's on to drawings, permits, and concrete, oh my read more

I had been going back and forth in getting a shed. It took me a while to get one but David Santiago was extremely patient with me and would always answer my questions. When we looked at all the larger storages David explained the differences between them the dimensions and what upgrades can be included. When we decided on the Premier Series Barn he explained the details about it. The material it was made out of and how long the durability could be. When we started to customize the shed it was it exciting to know I was no longer going to be waisting my money on a public storage. David not only became our sales representative but he became an amazing friend. I'm so happy with the shed I picked and designed. David Santiago thank you so much for everything, I'm so so happy with my new Tuff Shed! I have officially emptied out my public storage and have now moved all my belongings into my own shed.
