Our footings do not meet at some corners, there is a gap into the outside perimeter where moisture can get into the crawl space, so we will be cementing those gaps in. Also be very specific on where you want anchor bolts, we had to call them back to remove and replace the anchor bolts, but even after requesting 4" from outside edge, they didn't measure and we still had to notch out the rim joists. All it would have taken is a chalk line on their part. Lots of extra work for our framer that could have been done right the first time.

They diagnosed the original problem which was an issue with the window flashing being done incorrectly from the builders and corrected the issue. It then rained and started showing a lesser water leak than before. The siding guy came back out within 24hrs and noticed another issue with my siding and the direction the wind was coming at my house and reversed the seams of my siding. I have not had a leak since!
