We used this service several years ago to have trees removed and trimmed on our 2 acre+ property, and when we had trees blown down during the recent wind storms, we called them right away. The two that the wind blew over were older but strong - not ones we expected to fall. On the first trip they also cleared away a number of dead trees that we knew should come down, just procrastinated a bit due to family issues. We hired Fernridge to remove three huge spruce trees which had over-grown in a very confined space surrounded by private residences. Ed made a reasonable bid and promptly went to work. The crew was friendly, experienced, and took due care to protect our tool shed, fences, and surrounding grounds, to include coordination with neighboring property owners. I hired Fernridge to remove three aspens on my lot, one of which required a bucket truck. Ed and his crew were on time, professional and executed the job with great skill and care. They were vigilant about not damaging any of the other landscaping in place and felled the trees with amazing precision! We had Fernridge Tree Service take down six big diseased poplar trees and grind the stumps out. We were really impressed with the workmanship and equipment. They put big mats down to distribute the weight of the boom truck so there isn't any ruts in the lawn. They hauled off all the debris and even raked up all the sawdust and chips. Great Service Fernridge Tree Service is a very professional business. The pricing was very reasonable and they kept in contact with us regarding their schedule. Safety materials were used around our house and fence to avoid damage and they were very conscientious with our landscaping. June 17 2025 We had a 90 foot Fir tree that needed to be removed. Ed the owner gave us great bid. His crew started on time 3 days after they bid the job.
