I ordered a 16oz Prime Rib and even asked the waiter if he felt confident, he could recommend it. He said absolutely. He brought out a Caesar Salad first and let me tell ya. I'm pretty sure the dressing came out of a bottle; the croutons came out of a bag (sorry I'm used to getting in house made croutons at decent restaurants). Then came the Prime Rib. It darned sure was NOT 16oz as I get them all the time and this was thinner and smaller. Then came the bad news. It was full of sinew and fat and worst of all I demonstrated to the waiter how one couldn't even chew it as it was tough as shoe leather and a knife and fork could not tear it apart. He offered to replace it with their Halibut which my wife ordered, and I had a bite of. The piece he delivered was about at least 30% smaller than hers. They were NOT winning any awards so far. My wife complained to me the fish was overcooked and dry. Finally, I finished with a Creme Brule which is one of my favorite desserts of all time (the finest is at a place in Spokane called Klinkindaggers). It had virtually NO vanilla bean flavor as it is supposed to have. I happen to be a "foodie" and am familar with some of the finer places to eat in Idaho. This one is one you should take a pass on. There are so many other options in Idaho Falls and at least have decent food. Definitely NOT worth their prices either that's for sure.
