We were very pleased that Clint and team were able to do our foundation within a month of contracting their work. We recommend Barrett Construction LLC in Rigby but be sure to discuss in advance the footings configuration. Our footings do not meet at some corners, there is a gap into the outside perimeter where moisture can get into the crawl space, so we will be cementing those gaps in. Also be very specific on where you want anchor bolts, we had to call them back to remove and replace the anchor bolts, but even after requesting 4" from outside edge, they didn't measure and we still had to notch out the rim joists.
