The new project manager was great, delivering updates every week. The new project manager was extremely thorough during the new home orientation. He highlighted the areas that would be touched up prior to closing and took note of areas that I spotted during the walkthrough.

And they did in a…read moretimely manner but had to come back to fill some screw holes, caulk some cracks around other screws that were not properly pre-drilled. This was faux wood. What I didn't know was that just a little rain would cause the bottom (unsealed) to soak it up and bubble - I had left the windows open one night and some rain water got on them. There is no caution regarding water in the literature or warranty. So because these were "interior" shutters it was my fault they bubbled up. Flair refused to fix or replace them.

They may seem somewhat pricey but he gave me a good discount. It set off my living room beautifully with many subtle colors that accented everything in the room. He has a huge selection of all sizes and colors in stock so you can see, touch and buy a rug on site with confidence. I liked a second small throw rug but was not sure it was the right fit. He sent me home with it without charge and said to come back later to return or pay if I liked it. Mo is a great, nice man and he is a pleasure to talk to and do business with. It is the only place to buy a great rug in SW Michigan. He also is the only place around to clean old Persian rugs. My fiancé had an old rug cleaned and it came back looking like new. There is metered street parking in the front of the store, but there's also a large free parking lot behind the building. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we had been in before. When we said no, the friendly employee gave us the lay of the land and told us there are three floors to the store and that it's much bigger than it seems from the outside. Totally true! I always thought this store was small, but it's really huge. We started browsing through all the setups and were immediately impressed by the styling of each area and all the different items. They have all kinds of furniture, decorations, and rugs. Prices were clearly marked which I appreciated since it shows they're not trying to hide anything. I was pleasantly surprised that I found quite a few things that would fit into our budget, along with higher-end, more expensive pieces. They also have a clearance section which we looked through. The pieces I saw mostly swayed more modern and a little less traditional, which is more my style anyway. Upstairs we found a coffee table that was a major upgrade from our current table, but still in our budget and actually quite affordable. It has a metal base and a glass/ceramic top that looks and feels like marble. Super sleek and sophisticated! Christine was upstairs and asked if we needed any help. We asked her about the process for purchasing as we wouldn't be able to fit the table into our car. She told us that we could pay for it and come back with a larger vehicle, or we could pay $60 for local delivery. SOLD! I am all about that convenience and for $60 they can pack and carry the pretty heavy table. We paid for our purchase and Christine was super awesome with the whole process. I am so glad we finally stopped in to Stonesthrow and I can't wait to go back! She did say that they also do special orders if you know something you want and they are able to get it in store. Highly recommend looking here instead of Wayfair etc. for a local option. They also provide interior design services!
