His attention to detail was outstanding, and he is so polite, helpful, and fast. I suggest getting a TOTAL estimate in writing in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. We paid about $90 more than the estimate once you add in the garage windows, tax, and a 10% tip. That could have been better explained but we are overall very satisfied with the service.

One point that I would make is the floors under the windows need a little more inspection and cleaning. The dirt from the windowsills falls etc. to the ground on the drop cloth, which is then bunched up and brought to the next window. I would recommend respectfully that a cloth that could be folded and rolled, and then move to the next window might be a little better at keeping the dirt under the windowsills from being spread. I found some clusters of dirt and dust that had fallen from the windowsill, which then I had to clean . This is a small point but it would make a difference in the finished result! I would give 4.5 stars but this isn't available so,5 stars with the above caveats.
