The weather that day was too bad for them to even consider going up on a roof. Emailed them to set up another appointment, to which they responded in a timely manner. My disappointment came when the day before my appointment, which was another 8 days out, they informed me that my home was not in their service area, however, they could fix my roof for $xxx - $xxx. How can you give an estimate when you haven't even looked at the problem? I wasted about 2 1/2 weeks for something they should have realized in the beginning. However, I told the salesman I wasn't paying for the job until it was all done and he assured me they would be out in the next day or two to clean the gutter.
