They found a slot in the schedule that they could guarantee a few days later, but also spoke with us letting us know they would try to get us in early depending on how other calls progressed, because we had no air at all. They were able to squeeze us in the next day! They were very friendly and responsive, called when they said they would, and addressed the problem very quickly. Most importantly, the service was amazing. They very very thorough making sure they looked at everything even once they found what seemed to be the problem. They fixed it wicket, gave some advice if it happens again and how to prevent it. They are very affordable and offer maintenance, which is helpful if you are trying to get a manufacturer repair by showing the system was maintained professionally. Stellar experience with Nelson and Aries from Desert Moon! I reached out on Yelp for a quote, Nelson was the most responsive of the three companies I contacted. He gave me a range quote over Yelp, but then came in person to do a walkaround to give me an exact quote. Very reasonable pricing, a steal in my opinion, given my lack of window cleaning skills and motivation. They did the exterior, interior and screens. I have a few solar screens he would've cleaned for an add on price, but he advised against it being necessary given the wear/discoloration on my solars. Appreciated his honesty! Nelson was really responsive to texting as well, you can text him at the number listed on Yelp. Reach out, Nelson's very friendly, you might be surprised how affordable it is to have a professional take away the misery of window cleaning! I plan to have them back in 6 months to do just the exteriors again.
