God I hate having to go to the mall. Any mall. Alas, I needed new jeans and this place was close.

tucson mall is your average american mall. all the major department stores, food court, boutique shops. nothing too special. this place has improved since i visited last in 2009, though. they added an H&M, REI (i'm pretty sure sephora was there last time). read more

There is a nice mix of stores to visit here for clothing, make up, and toys. But the food court sucks. There are no healthy options. Overall the place is clean and like a typical mall it has vendors harassing you every other booth to see if you want phones, e-cigs, and/or experimental makeup. read more

The Tucson Mall used to be trashy due to its stores, environment, and customers; but it has made so many improvements! It now has some nicer stores in it, some a little pricey..but these changes has gotten rid of a lot of the obnoxious crowd that hung out there. Definitely worth shopping at! read more

Been there plenty of times. Not too many options besides typical BIG BOX STORES and mall food choices that are WAY overpriced. No newspapers? What is this world coming to?? Clothing stores are out of touch with consumers and the food court has NO options for those of us there earlier than 10a. And reasonable prices are a joke. read more

This is the biggest mall in Tucson, has a great selection of stores and has a nice food court! But some service at certain places is just repulsive. The Starbucks for example. I'm addicted to Starbucks decided to try this one here and get my usual Chestnut Praline Frap, it took forever. And when i got it, it tasted horrible it didn't taste like it had any flavor of the Praline. It was just strong and disgusting, and it took even longer for my friend to receive her Passion tea, which we both ordered at the same time. Spencer's used to be my favorite store. But we had a bad experience there that will forever change the way i feel about that store. My friend and i each bought a shirt, and didn't realize until i got home (i live in three points) that the cashier didnt take the large security devices off. And on the device it read "do not tamper with this device, it may release ink and cause INJURY". I felt screwed over and knew i had to go back and get it off. My dad called and talked to the managers supervisor and she said we will Both be reimbursed Two Extra Shirts for our troubles. Awesome! So the very next day, i pick up my friend and go down there. Showed them the shirts with the security, device still on them, our receipt and the two other shirts we were supposed to be getting for "free". The guy called over the manager and we somehow started arguing for like 10 minutes with a crowed of people in line behind us, how pathetic. He was saying we dont get two free shirts we get one and he will not let us walk out with another shirt. I told him i was Not happy. We live in three points and they made the mistake with BOTH shirts not just one, not mention my daughter was in the backseat with these shirts that has the security device still on it that says "if tampered with can cause INJURY" He pretty much laughed at me for being a concerned mother and didn't Care. So thats kinda why il probably never go to this mall ever again. I felt so stupid arguing with this guy over a goddamn shirt when it was all sorted out the day prior, and now that were there they want to cut us short? And argue with us infront of other people?? Lame. I thought customers always right? Apparently not here. Otherwise, Victorias Secret is GREAT. A cute little Modern Day Hippie store called Earthbound is also great, probably my new favorite! read more

The hostesses don't have stuff passed correctly to the waiter when you use call ahead seating request a specific server they try to just seat you anywhere and get you moved in there. They need a bit more training to be more efficient with handling the guest instead of just cutting corners. read more

Your typical mall that you'd fine in Anytown, USA on 123 Fake Street, however that's not necessarily a bad thing. As others have stated the people that go to this mall aren't the best when compared to Park Place. Still it's a nice mall that has most common stores and it looks fairly nice during Christmas. read more

Best stores, 3 Victorias secrets...2 level h&m and forever xxi stores...shopping heaven..simple as that..and no matter when you go there are always a ton of parking options! read more

Lots of good shops here, but the layout was confusing. Whoever designed this place wanted people to get lost so that they would spend more money. The food court area was not big enough. While I was there, there wasn't a single place to eat so we actually left the mall to find another nearby place to eat and than came back to the mall when done. read more

I can't believe how many stores there are here. This is one of the last big malls in Tucson. There is a lot to see here and there are a lot of things going on... during the holiday season parking can be difficult. read more

I've been going there for about 2 steady months, I go to the first guy closet to the neon dryer, I went 3 weeks without a full an the didn't even start to Lift, They're all so nice even the owner, They also love my daughter. They deserve higher then 5 stars, an remember have patients, if you want good nails you have to be patient, He works really hard to keep his customers an he's so sweet.. read more

This review is about Phantom Skinz, a store inside of Tucson Mall. I have tried to be an objective consumer of this store, but considering all of the issues I have had, I feel I can no longer be objective or understanding. I paid over a hundred dollars to have 3 screen savers and a skin put on several devices I own. It hasn't been even a month and the screen saver is peeling off of my daughter's tablet. A portion of the skin has peeled off my phone, I went in had it fixed, I had to go back several times in the same day to KEEP having it fixed, and it is STILL not right. I sent an e-mail to customer service. ..for previous issues, which were dealt with, the first time, but I felt I needed to send another e-mail and have yet to hear from them. Oh my gosh! All I want and feel I deserve is QUALITY service for a product I PAID FOR! Not to mention the fellow I have to deal with in the mall is so unprofessional as he can't be without his girlfriend sitting on his lap behind the counter while he is at work. I'm curious if anybody else has had poor service at this establishment. ..or is it just me? read more

Mall management is killing this mall. First hallmark, then Red Robin THEN The Gap. Not sure what their plan is. Not only being the cause for people loosing jobs but ruining what use to be a great mall. It's gonna be the next foothills mall. read more

I'm no more a fan of malls than anyone else likely to be perusing the pages of yelp, but still, every once in a while you find yourself in need to going. So here's one of Tucson's offerings. Overall, not a bad place. Yeah, it's filled with kids from high school trying too hard to impress the world. Honestly, big deal, we've all been there. There's the food court straight out of "Mall Plans 101". Whatever. Then there's the parking. Oh the parking... you suck. Plain and simple, no way around it--you suck. That all said, the decor of the grounds is very nice. The interior is quite clean. The selection of stores is on par with what you'd find elsewhere, maybe better than some choices. But to me, the saving grace was the train that offers rides ($4/person, toddlers free(?)) around the first level during the holidays. I can't tell you how wonderful this was to my small son. What a treat! All around, a great time. And yeah, it was in a mail. read more

Pleasant layout, has REI, Sephora, and H&M, a touristy but cute Arizona Avenue souvenir corridor...feels comparable to the Chandler Fashion Mall in Maricopa county. Has never been unbearably crowded when I've been, even on the weekends. read more

Nice mall. Tons of stores. Gets a little crowded on the weekends.

It's a mall, nothing fancy and nothing dumpy. I do have to agree with Susan C. about the service. I was mostly inside h&m and I literally saw no one working the fitting rooms or register. I had no help from anyone and I wouldn't be surprised if this particular h&m has a pretty bad theft rate. The rest of the mall wasn't so bad and the food court has a lot of variety. read more

Has all the stores I shop at regularly so this was a good stop while visiting Tucson.

I guess this is considered the "better" mall in Tucson because it is closest to the foothills...but they are all the same to me. I like Park Place. read more

It's an alright mall. Not the best and not the worst. I've only been the one time, but it's not overwhelmingly awesome and I don't need to go back. And, if you're on foot and want to cross the street to get to stores on the other side of the road, you have a LONG way to walk in the Arizona heat, as there are no mid-block crosswalks for pedestrians. It was clean and felt safe, though, so if I was in town I would consider going back, but I wouldn't go out of my way to do so. read more

Cool beans, way to go,the best time at The Mall,Is All The Time, even when You are broke,no $$$$...Window shoping is fun ,and a learning experiences, to check out things in the stores ,and check out sales, what stores are there now, meet peopleeat foods that are there in aline and tables & chairs and resturants, conviently placed restrooms around the Mall, alot of venders out in the walking areas.even Movie theatures too, what a big full way to pass time, have funw/the kids too,WOW,HOW AWESOME IS THIS.... read more

People that diss this mall obviously haven't been to any malls in California. This Mall is clean and doesn't have street gangs scaring away the customers. It has a good mix of restaurants and stores. I do like the "Arizona Avenue" feature if you want to buy some local trinkets, fake or otherwise (most are authentic). It's a nice place to go to get out of the hot sun with plenty of parking and good mix of upscale and middle class stores. Sure, not all malls are perfect but compared to California, Tucson Mall is a damn fine family place and clean as a whistle. read more

Recently I had to fly down to Tucson for business reasons and on my day off I had the chance to shop. Basically I don't know anything about Tucson so I found this mall which I guess is on the northside ? Anyways, this mall is your average mall filled with teens, preggers moms, and dads who sit nearby on benches bored out of their minds. LOL. The stores here are so average to lower-class. It looks like they are remodeling or something and they have this wing in the mall dedicated to tourists/visitors like myself filled with fake moccasins, fake native american crap, etc. So when in Tucson, avoid this place; it's so boring and bland. read more

It is a nice mall that has some nice stores. The pet store is always a personal family favorite to visit. They have my choices for food as well, both inside and out. read more

Nice mall. Better than many I have been too. It's a shame that they don't have WiFi. Otherwise, it's an OK place. Nice mix of stores.

the worst service I have ever received at any store. I did not see one single employee my whole time in this store. it took me two times running around the store trying to find someone to check me out. and when I calmly told the employee that I haven't seen one single employee he was very rude and it totally turned me off. even though I was totally calm and not giving any hint of attitude. never returning to this location read more

This mall is definitely not the greatest thing ever. However, Park Place is too small for my liking. If this mall had a Nordstrom it would be a whole different story. The food court is unbearable, it's desolate and stuck in the corner of the mall. They also have a "pet store" which is so dirty and repulsive. But since I'm only in Tucson part of the year it will do... read more

This is my favorite of the malls here. Parking is pretty crazy in the main areas, but I always park over by the Sears Auto Center as there is always space over there. I really like the selection of stores here, and the food options are good as well. I would say this place is just 3, if not 3.5 stars. read more

Best mall in Tucson. Pet store, H&M, Sephora, you name it, it's there. That being said this is a very large mall. If you are just browsing give yourself plenty if time to look. Plus, make sure you remember where you parked. It's easy to get lost. read more

This is a great mall!! Very nice stores, and very clean!! It's a great mall to walk and shop around!!

This may not be the nicest mall in Tucson but it is the more complete. However, it is lacking a movie theater inside the mall. This mall also lacks designer stores that malls in Phoenix have. This mall is worth the drive and has some nice stores, but is not anywhere near malls in the Phoenix area such as the Scottsdale Fashion Square. read more

The Tucson Mall is pretty basic but does have some redeeming factors. The Macy's has good sale items around Christmas and the JC Penney is OK for U of A gear. Other than that Park Place Mall is much better at they have more variety. read more

It's nice to be able to go to a mall to walk around and shop in peace. However, you can't do that at the Tucson Mall. The Kiosks all over the place have these idiot sales people who try to stop you at every Kiosk to sell you crap you don't want or need. They constantly jump at you like carnies at the carnival or fair. WTF?!! Management at this mall should put a stop to this. I dont go here because it has just got worse over the last year or so. They wont leave you alone and you cannot enjoy your shopping experience. Needless to say, we didn't get half way through before we said, "Screw This" and left. Do you like to be harassed while shopping.? Then go to the Tucson Mall and deal with the Carnies. Strong arm sales don't work people. There are too many of them. The mall management crams them in there and it is very aggravating. read more

Quick, let me pretend to be invisible as I walk through the mall, so I don't get stopped by some over-eager kiosk sales people. Other than that, it's great. I love REI and walking around. You can go to Forever 21, Old Navy, The Body Shop, Victoria's Secret, Sephora, H&M, Crocs, Hallmark, and such... Not the most crowded or empty mall in town, but it suffices, and I usually don't walk out empty... I only go there because I live pretty close. Why is there no bookstore in this mall? I heard stories of people living in Nogales and making the trek up to Tucson Mall for shopping. read more

Mall itself is great but the entire food court is hot as balls. Crank up the AC in the food court! Especially on busier days. This is Arizona, you know. read more

I wanted to take my kids to see Santa - Santa's elves and the Tucson mall are more interested in revenue than providing kids with a experience with Santa. They won't let you take pictures with your cell phone (even from off the carpet - which was allowed in the past). The elves stood toe-to-toe with Santa to block me from taking any pictures or even being able to watch my kids interact with Santa. The kids in line before us were expected to sit still and smile for pictures, with very little interaction with Santa - this is not what I wanted for my kids. After this unfortunate experience, I will not be returning to this Santa, and because we were told it was "mall policy," I will be taking my money to elsewhere. read more
