Briana was so kind and wonderful on the phone. I called on a Sunday and she pulled the potential sizes ahead of time. Originally, I was not going to bring my son. Briana said no worries, she would stay in order for me to try the shoes on. WOW! By the time we found parking it was 12:05pm we scored a great spot a block away) and we called Briana to advise we were walking up now. She was so sweet; so personable and assured us that she would stay open for us to arrive. Turns out my son was a larger and wider size and Briana had just the size and width that we needed! This review is overdue; but better late then never. My son had booked this place so him and his…read morebride could be more eloquent in dancing at their wedding. I wanted to do a "special" dance with my son. The dance would start off as a regular slow mother-son wedding dance and then we would have surprised the guests with kicking the dance into something more lighthearted - a choreographed dance filled with a compilation of old "skool" songs and a variety of 80's dances such as the Snake and the Wop. Jose was awesome. He fabulously choreographed the dance for my son and I, then ever-so-patiently taught it to us during our one-on-two lessons. In the end, I could sense my son was a bit overwhelmed with trying to learn the dances while simultaneously planning his wedding with his bride-to-be so I scrapped the dance, telling my son we would do a regular mother-son dance together. It ended up being amazing since he incorporated the 2-step, and spins Jose had previously taught him for his wedding dance into our Mother-son dance. I've already inquired about the other classes that are taught here. They teach all different kinds on different days. I definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back to learn more.

This is GREAT yoga studio. I love the pace that this moves…read morein. The instructor is very laid back and friendly. I had a groupon to try a few studios in the area. This is probably the best one in terms of the actual practice. The studio is located in a slightly busy street. There is a municipal parking lot behind the studio, so make sure you bring change for the meter (which is free after 6). I used to come to the 6pm classes so it was great. I am really bad with names so I do not remember the name of the instructor. She was a young instructor who really pushed you to try new things. Also, on the other hand, she allowed people to try something less challenging in case some pose seemed too much for them. The classes were small which for me is very important. I am relatively new to yoga so I know that it is important to learn the proper way to perform certain poses and I think a big class is hard to manage in the sense of a one-to-one approach. I left this studio so energized and having sweat A LOT! Which I actually enjoyed. The room is slightly heated. Make sure you bring water. Also, I recommend bringing your own mat. They provide some in the studio but...they are a bit too thin for my taste. The studio is a bit far from me. It is a good 30 minute drive (without traffic) which is the only con for me. I would really enjoy coming here again. I actually have thought about it so I recommend it to anyone interested in getting a great workout and getting some relaxation at the same time! Great work, guys!
