That being said extreme dance was an excellent school until lou barraco took it over after personally telling parents nothing was going to change. Any parent seeking money needs to seek it from Lou Barraco who knowingly took money knowing that he was selling the customer list to this new school. If people pursue in small claims court I'm sure the truth will come out that he was the owner at the time payments were made.

The other students were also very friendly, made us feel welcome. Tic Tock is patient, likes to have fun, but we're also there to work and learn. Mondays are now my favorite day of the week, because of this class. Also my first time at the dance studio, Carol introduced herself to myself and my friend. The other staff are also very friendly. Great dance studio, I will definitely be doing hip hop next season as well.

I wanted to do a "special" dance with my son. The dance would start off as a regular slow mother-son wedding dance and then we would have surprised the guests with kicking the dance into something more lighthearted - a choreographed dance filled with a compilation of old "skool" songs and a variety of 80's dances such as the Snake and the Wop. Jose was awesome. He fabulously choreographed the dance for my son and I, then ever-so-patiently taught it to us during our one-on-two lessons. In the end, I could sense my son was a bit overwhelmed with trying to learn the dances while simultaneously planning his wedding with his bride-to-be so I scrapped the dance, telling my son we would do a regular mother-son dance together. It ended up being amazing since he incorporated the 2-step, and spins Jose had previously taught him for his wedding dance into our Mother-son dance. I've already inquired about the other classes that are taught here. They teach all different kinds on different days. I definitely recommend and I'll definitely be back to learn more.

Briana was so kind and wonderful on the phone. I called on a Sunday and she pulled the potential sizes ahead of time. Originally, I was not going to bring my son. Briana encouraged me to bring him in order to have him try them on in person. I am so glad I listened! My ETA was 12:01pm and the store was due to close at noon. Briana said no worries, she would stay in order for me to try the shoes on. WOW! By the time we found parking it was 12:05pm we scored a great spot a block away) and we called Briana to advise we were walking up now. She was so sweet; so personable and assured us that she would stay open for us to arrive. Turns out my son was a larger and wider size and Briana had just the size and width that we needed!
