I have never really purchased anything for the teachers because of my financial situation and Kelley and Danielle have been nothing but very accommodating and understanding! The teachers are very good! They always promote not only for the children to be awesome dancers but well-rounded, kind-hearted and disciplined students. They bring in as much guest dancers as they can to expose the kids to different styles of teaching and dance! I would definitely recommend this studio!

Teachers are sub-par, no real technique, they pay for awards or recognition at competitions or online reviews, since they can't actually earn it just on merit. But then again, how can 2 childless unmarried woman know how to make a well rounded individual anyways. By the way, they ask there comp team moms to write reviews to boost a better outlook for the studio. You will have better outcome and training at other area studios where they actually care about the dancer and development and a true family environment. Makes you wonder why these two have changed studio names quite a few times already.

We have had a great experience so far. Swim classes are run very well, our girls enjoy them and are progressing. We had previously be been part of another swim school and did not have a great experience and the instructors didn't know our children well which disabled their progress. Here, the girls have a relationship with their teachers and we see how well they do each class. Dave/Suzana in the office are terrific also when it comes to all swim related questions. Front desk staff as you enter are very friendly--have always answered my questions well, we very much appreciate having a face there on weekends. The youth theater is terrific and it's so nice having their shows to see with young children in the area. Highly recommend! This summer, we are looking to join their camp for the first time and are very excited to give it a try! We're heard great things.

Since the status of the location was unclear when I was leaving, I had given written notice of cancellation in September of 2025. Upon return I saw the monthly charge posted to my credit card October, 2025. (I was out of town from October 2-November 6) Rather than seeking a refund I thought the membership team would honor that payment and allow me to use the Wyckoff Y facility for the next 3 weeks. (I wanted to see if I enjoyed the gym and the people running the facility). I thought I would eventually continue my gym membership in the Wyckoff location. The attitude of Mary in the membership department was less than pleasant and challenged my written cancellation. She said she would try and find the document. subsequently she had the front desk girl call me and state they would not honor my request.

There's the notion of ballet instructors needing to be mean to achieve a result...which often results in rudeness and a hate towards the art but the instructors here have none of that and that's what makes all the girls love going there. I'm very disappointed in the equipment on the elliptical and it's rattling and shaking as I'm working out. The equipment is not being kept up. This also includes the bikes in cycle class. A few weeks back the class that I like on Thursday night was canceled. they no longer have pump class on Thursday evening. One of the reasons I joined this gym was because of the classes. In the few months that I've been here classes have been canceled or there aren't enough classes for me after work. I use the elliptical religiously, but getting on the machines has proven to be a challenge. There are so many people using the machines and waiting in line to get on the machine and this impedes my workout. The women's locker room and restroom have been consistently untidy every time I've gone to Paramus it's very disappointing. I'm scared to use the toilet because they're just not looking clean and kept up. I also did a review for the Paramus 24 hour fitness on YELP and on Google reviews. The manager reached out to me and asked me to submit my concerns on their online portal which I did a month ago and no one has reached out to me. I've belonged to many gyms in my time and I'm very disappointed in 24 hour fitness

The staff was helpful and friendly and the overall vibe was good for the gym. Not every machine worked all the time but thats ok too. Cost for quality is a balance. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Mold in the showers and on the ceiling of the bathroom, garbage (for several days/week) in the showers and dirt in the corners and on the floors. Super easy details to address with a bit of attention. The yellow caution tape on the ladder into the pool became a permanent fixture. I wonder if it is still there. For the cost, the limited staff is definitely going to be stretched, times are tough and I appreciate that. But I think with some targeted attention to some areas can improve the overall feel of the gym and the community could be more forgiving. Any updates on what operational changes have taken place to ddress these areas?
