After the first couple of months of research we about gave up, seems like a lot of dealers either don't know their product or they just don't want to work for the sale. After taking a rest from all of the searching we were told of Pool and Spa Concepts. My wife and I Checked out their website and were impressed with the products they sold. They were dealers of Artesian and Sundance spas. My wife being the skeptical one decided to check out the two companies on the web and found them to be top notch spa manufactures. We decided to stop by their showroom on a Saturday to see what they could offer us. First off the showroom was well stocked with lots of spas to choose from (on other dealer visits we were lucky to see 3-4 spas, not much of a selection). Even though they were very busy with other customers they took the time to greet us and give us a brief overview of the company and let us browse until they were finished with others. After a short wait the manager introduced himself and proceeded to get to know us and what we were in need for our "Backyard Getaway" as he described it. After telling him of my wife's neck pain and my lower back issues he seemed to zero in on a few spa models that would help us with our aches & pains. We also discussed that we have a 14 year old daughter and a 16 year old son that had lots of friends and would like it if the spa was large enough to accommodate them on occasion. That narrowed it down to two models that looked like they would work out just fine. He described all the features of each spa and did it in a matter that made my wife feel as though she was a spa expert. My wife and I were very impressed not only by the spa brands but by the knowledge of our salesperson; he even offered to let us demo the spas in the showroom with our entire family. We took advantage of his offer and brought the family back after hours a couple days later and tried out both spas. After trying them out I could see us using this every night, it was soooo relaxing. The jets seemed to relieve all our aches & pains and the kids loved the idea of having friends over to use it. After comparing the two spas we decided to go with the Sundance Optima, it had all the features that we were looking for and price fit nicely into our budget. Our sales person made everything so easy to pick our spa, from the presentation, the demo and even the paperwork and delivery, everything went smoothly. It's now been a month since we had our spa installed and the whole process has been wonderful. We use our Sundance as much as possible. The kids have even had a couple small fun nights with their friends over using the spa. I think one of the best things about Pool & Spa Concepts is the after the sale customer service. My wife called to ask a water maintenance question and was given a solution on the spot. Whatever the question they have the answer. They offer chemicals, accessories, water testing and service after the sale. Very bad customer service! It took three weeks to get them to look at my spa. I had to keep calling…read morethem before they eventually contacted me. When they finally called back, they sent a guy out with less than a 24hr notice so I wasn't able to be home. They were very expedient with sending the service call bill however. I hired another company that fixed the problem in less than 48 hrs from the time of calling him to completion of the job. His fee was half of what Pool Tec gave me as an estimate. I have three friends in town with hot tubs and I'm recommending they use this other company instead of FOOL Tech.

I had used another pool company for 20+ years and the customer service became so horrible that I switched. I was advised to use products in my pool that I didn't need and basically threatened to have services I didn't need in order for them to service my pool. When I switched to Blue Lagoon, Breanna got me started on a product called Supreme plus. This has been AMAZING. My water is crystal clear and so easy to balance. I'm using less chemicals than ever. I used to add PH+ about every 3 days, now it is about every 3 weeks if even that. Their team is so knowledgeable about how to deal with any issue that arises. I have a creek in my bad yard, so mustard algae likes to find its way in my pool on the backs of frogs and other creatures that come visiting. In less than 12 hours after putting in the chemicals they recommended, GONE! I used to be forced by the other company to allow them to open my pool if I wanted them to service my pool in other ways and after they opened it would take me 10-14 days to have my pool clear and clean and fully balanced - NOT ANYMORE. It used to be so cloudy when I opened. This is the 3rd year I've opened myself and each year it is easier and easier thanks to Supreme Plus. This year, I opened and I could see the bottom of my pool the day we took the winter cover off and 12 hours later (after vacuuming it) it was swim ready. Thanks to my use of Supreme Plus, I added the standard quart of Polyquat (algaecide) upon opening, but I didn't need to add any other chemicals to my pool except chlorine - all the other chemicals were perfectly balanced. Their customer service is A+++ and their knowledge has helped save me time, headaches and money. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool or hot tube. They will not steer you wrong and you will be so glad you entrusted your pool to them. Best of all, they are kind and helpful.

They reeducated me on the use of chemicals so that I now get great results with fewer chemicals. Not only do I think that is much healthier, but it has the added benefit of drastically cutting my annual chemical bill. On top of that, my pool is much clearer than it had been before switching to them. Finally, in addition to their great pool knowledge, they are always very responsive and friendly when I have a problem or question and make me feel like a valued customer.
