We use them regularly for closing our inground pool in the fall, we open ourselves in spring. We take a sample in and get water tested to see what dosage of chemicals it needs after winter cover comes off. We have been happy with their services. They installed our new filter sand and modernized the plumbing on our filter and pump ( above ground plumbing). And also new laterals in our sand filter. Even though and older filtering system it works great. Very happy with the way it was serviced and repaired last season. I tested this spring and kept getting a zero chlorine reading after shocking, they recommended new test strips, had some from previous season, they had gone bad. Once new ones I came home, added the chemicals to balance the water chemistry. The pool cleared up beautifully. I took a water test with our test strips, then took a sample for them to test. We both came up with same results perfect numbers. With their help on the test kits and we get our chemicals there. Our pool has been beautiful and perfect the whole summer, despite all the heavy rain. Chris is the one that came out and did our filter system , he did excellent job with it. read more

Day 1 I have never had the most disrespectful and unreasonable customer service until I had a problem with my pool. Aside from my issue, I came in yesterday and patiently waited my turn in line whilst the customers ahead of me are just grilling the cashier. Almost as if their pool problem was his problem. Fast forward and I'm next, I explain that I had similar problems, cloudy water. I tell the man that I had photos and he interrupts me stating extremely rudely I might add "I don't know what chemicals you are using". I told him that I had pictures, and while showing him the photos he again very rudely says "You didn't bring a pool sample". I exclaimed that I took a photo of the tester and he again so rudely says "That tells me nothing". I looked at him and said "I'm sorry sir I can see that you have an attitude so I'll leave", assuming that this attitude was just because of the previous customer and I would come back the next day with a sample and confront the cashier if he was there again, or speak with another cashier. Day 2 Today I came in with a pool sample after being treated like a piece of trash yesterday, however again the customers ahead of me were just grilling the cashier ahead of me. So today knowing now that I needed a pool sample, I took one in. When I showed up it was the same cashier as yesterday, I walked up and handed him the sample and said "looks like your in a better mood today", and he looks up at me with a huge smiling grin. At this point I thought ok this will be a great visit. While he is getting started on the pool sample I start explaining to him how I came in yesterday knowing nothing and he treated me like I was nothing, he looked up at me and says "Are you going to be quiet so I can do this or do you need to leave?" Where as I looked directly at him and said "Really sir?" I am not being rude or raising my voice at all, I said "The way you treated me yesterday and now again today really? He replied "Yes, you don't know what's going on in my life, you don't know what I am dealing with." I feel bad for the guy I really do but this still does not seem cause to act like this to customers none the less. I am literally one of the most understanding people out there. I continue trying to understand what this guys problem is but he walks into the back room. He was gone for around one minute so I looked around and found some business cards. He comes back out and says "Go, your trespassing now", I said "Man are you seriously acting like this man?" He said "Yes", and as I looked down at the cards I just aquired and started walking away I said "OK than, I'll be speaking with someone higher up." As I'm turning he snatches at my hands trying to get the business cards and says good call them". I turned back around and said "Really boy?". I left but made it apparent to the other people around that he was being unreasonable and outrageously rude. read more

This is 100% true account of what happened. We ordered parts for our pool were told 3 weeks with install after 4 weeks & 5 phone calls I went there in person I was told the part hadn't come in. I returned with my partner the next week again was told the parts hadn't come in as it turned out the parts were siting next to the counter with our name & address on the mailing label I pointed to it & said that it right there when can you install it this was the answer & I quote "we have decided to return these parts & not do work for you people we don't agree with your lifestyle & want help you" it took all I had not to punch this guy in the face.
