So really only got a 75min service, not 90 minutes. She wasn't the happiest about the groupon price, as many providers tend to not be, but that's kind of the whole point of listing your business on an advertising site? Still paid her the matching price on groupon instead of actually going through groupon. She recommended that I do something somewhat different and said that she would do an extra deep clean/hydrofacial on me since I had acne. The service was decent. The cleansing was extremely mild and not deep in comparison to many places I've been or maybe my skin just wasn't that bad this time. No extractions, just exfoliation. She gives little massages throughout the service on your scalp, arms, shoulder, neck and so on. I really wish I got more in the face, hence facial. Her space is located in Sola Salons which is surrounded by dozens of other Suites. Wood floors so unfortunately not the most relaxing because you can hear noise from all the surrounding Studios. Wish I got closer to a 90 minute service but instead of 75 and since she changed my original service, wish it was just over all better

So, from the in-floor hot tub, I went into the steam sauna; I could've chosen to walk into the dry sauna, but I just didn't feel like it. Once again, I had the whole sauna room to myself! I loved that! Then, I was directed to go to the Quiet Room to relax and meditate for 15-20 minutes before my full-body scrub (which included a deep soak in a wooden tub), and full-body massage. I HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. I stayed for a little over three hours!!! Ann Karen Day Spa was simply a beautiful place. It was tastefully decorated. Every attendant was so friendly. And even though I communicated in English, and they communicated back in Chinese, we didn't have any major difficulties with the language barrier. I would DEFINITELY go back here. The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.

My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. Cindy is extremely kind, accommodating, and straight to the point. She is also knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions I had for her. I recommend her for the best bang for your buck! My only tip is book in advance!

From start to finish, my visit was absolutely wonderful and I left feeling like a brand new person! One of the things that really stood out to me about TT Hair Spa was the attention to detail that Sue provided. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure to check in with me throughout the process to ensure that I was happy with the results. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was about different the treatments and hair types, which made me feel confident in her abilities. The atmosphere at TT hair spa was also very relaxing and comfortable. Wow, this place is a hidden gem! I can't even begin to explain what a unique experience this was. I booked a 90 mins facial & scalp massage. They start off with scanning your hair to examine its health. Then you go to the massage room and they massage your neck, shoulders, etc. the best part is the extensive scalp wash they do followed by this amazing water massager and then they place this beautiful glass box filled with orange blossom smelling mist.
