TT Spa is located in small strip mall. Dont confuse it for TT beauty a few businesses down. We had a reservation for the ME experience which included a facial, small massage and a scalp massage. We were offered tea and water whole we waited for them to finish up with their other clients. They have a nice clean restroom in the back for you if need be. When we were seated they brushed out our hair. I had read to come with dirty hair so i had 2 day hair. They then showed us how our scalp looked with a little laser looking tool that was attached to a monitor. That was really fascinating. You could see all the roots, any build up, any dandruff, sensitive scalps or even birth marks. They then hooked us up to an cap on our head to some oxygen machine? For about 10 minutes. Then we were led to a hallway that had beds with curtains for privacy where we undressed and were given a towel cover and light blankets to keep us warm. We were then given a facial with a bunch of different masks and peoducts. I dont feel like the facial was one i would have wanted again. I feel like it was a bunch of face packaged items you purchase at the store. Then there was a small massage but honestly i feel like that was huat a bunch of tugging. The hair scrub was what i was there for and it did not disappoint. They washed your hair several time, massaged throigh it many times. They had a plastic under you and i could feel the water on my back but i guess thats why they had you undress. The scalp massage was relaxing. They then took us back to the front and blow dried our hair. I have thick curly hair. I was so impressed on how fast they dried and styled ny hair, no more than 25 minutes. That never happens. They uaed a small blow dryer and focused on the roots and some of the wetness, they then used another tool that was a blow dryer brush to really dry the hair. Once it was dried, they used the dyson hair wrap to curl my hair. It was so nice. They put a tonor on my scalp and then used the machine to show me my scalp again, this time it was so clean, no buld up and you could see my roots drinking up the toner. It was a good experience although my friend had the more seasoned girl, i felt like the girl i had didnt really explain the process to me or even tell me about the products. When i go back im going to be sure to ask for christine. All of the staff were very nice though. We would go back. They offer a membership where you get a percentage off. That kinda worked for my friend because it was her birthday month so she received an even better discount. That was cool. read more

I had an awesome experience at this spa. Lisa was my beautician and she was a delight to have. She conducted a scalp assessment and made recommendations on how to take care of my skin and hair. The head and shoulder massage was amazing. I could literally feel the knots dissolving away like melted butter as she worked on my neck and shoulders. You know someone did a good job when you're sore for a couple of days. I realized that I need to take care of myself more often so I'm going to try to make this a monthly ritual. Had an excellent experience yesterday with Christina. The min I stepped in she put me to sit, offering tea or water and start the scanning my scalp immediately, she explained everything and ask me what my routine is she also answered everything that I asked. Then she proceeded to exfoliate my head and streaming my head. My husband and I went today per my friend's reco. I've always wanted to try the head spa bc I loooove head massages. It's a bit of a drive but my friend told me it was worth it. Cassandra did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed and taken care of the entire time! She made sure I was informed on how to better treat my scalp and explained what I was seeing on the screen when looking at my head. The blankets they have are super soft and warm, didn't want to get up haha. The head rest is a bit stiff so after a while, my head was feeling like when your leg falls asleep lol. BUT the whole facial and massage made me forget about it very quickly. It's really neat to see your scalp before and after the treatments because it really does show a difference. I also bought the shampoo line they have in store & have used it twice so far. It feels like it deep cleaning so far so do what you will with that information! Also while trying to pay the system kept declining my card yet I received multiple charges to my account. I should've read the reviews regarding curly/wavy hair... because the whole experience was amazing up until the styling. I have curly/wavy hair and I walked out with cotton candy looking hair with some curls. I can't believe she let me walk out like that. My scalp was left super clean but I paid the highest package which included the styling, and I wanted to cry of how ugly it looked. As soon as I walked out that door, I put it up in a pony tail. I've never had an issue with hair styling but it's clear they aren't used to working with curly/wavy hair. Blow drying it and letting it get super frizzy then curlying it right after without any straightening of the roots or anything is something I've never seen my hair stylist do or anyone at all. Probably won't come back. They push their products on to you which aren't cheap. And the tip is off the total including the products. The scalp cleansing and massage were great and my friends with straight hair had amazing blowouts with nice beautiful curls, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about mine. Not worth the price and drive for my curly hair. read more

This review is solely for the scalp treatment they offer here. Also, if you get vertigo, I would suggest you let the technician know. I had a 75 min appointment with Johnny. He first began by showing my scalp using the machine and told me I had spots of an oily and dry scalp. Then he walked me to a room with a special bed and sink and left. Didn't tell me to lay down or where I could put my belongings or if I needed to take off my shoes. So I kind of just looked around and had to figure it out on my own. When he came back, he told me "i could use the blanket if I wanted to". He didn't really explain what the entire process would be... The experience itself was relaxing in the beginning but he tilted my head side to side very frequently when he started washing my scalp. I was afraid I was going to get dizzy. Also, the entire backside of my shirt was wet when we were done. I was seated back at the chair I started at and he began blow drying my hair. He didn't tell me I could put my belongings in the drawer in front of me - I watched the lady next to me do it... after the blow dry was done, he just pointed and said I could pay there. Now, I am not upset nor unsatisfied but I would have liked him to explain to me exactly what he did. He was pretty silent the entire time but he also seemed very shy and timid. It is almost as if this was his first job in his entire life. If I could have a chat with him, I'd explain to him he shouldn't be afraid to speak. He is the professional here and customers would love if he could walk us through what he will be doing for our service. He should be confident. Another thing to note, they don't show your scalp after the treatment which I feel like they should. read more

My boyfriend and I drove all the way from OC to try this place out. Both of the people working on us were a joke. There was very little head massage and their shoulder massage was barely anything. My girl didn't know what she was doing half of the time and another worker had to jump in and help her. Some of these workers need to be retrained. Overall such a horrible experience!! I went into the TT spa to get a 60minute scalp and hair treatment. My treatment was assigned with Sue. She was AMAZING, and went above and beyond! Before the treatment, they will do in a depth analysis with pictures of your scalp and hair follicles, and examine the best method and products to use for your treatment. Once the treatment is done, they will show the after results. My scalp had significant felt and looked better after the treatment. Definitely recommend this treatment, and ask for Sue!! read more

She told me what's wrong with my scalp and suggested what kind of products I should use and etc. she didn't try to sell me anything but I did get all the hair products to maintain a healthy scalp and hair. This place was so fun and relaxing! We got there a bit early and we're more than willing to wait, but they took us in and began working on us very quickly despite having other clients and being busy. The facial felt amazing and my skin was super soft! The little massages were great though just know they're light, soft massages, nothing like deep tissue. I don't think it has the intent to actually relieve any tension or pain - it was more so just to add to the relaxation if anything. To be fair, if you want an actual massage, you should book it at a massage parlor, not here. The ladies did their best communicating with me and describing my hair needs. My only warning is be careful because they may up-sale you on some hair care items such as shampoos, conditioners, and even hair toners. I wasn't strong enough to say no and my partner really seemed to want them. I haven't used these products long enough for me to give a review on it yet if say if it was actually worth it. The place looks clean and modern.. it's definitely a vibe. The treatment area is dim w/ relaxing music which sets the mood & provide a perfect environment for a spa session. This spot just opened beginning of February. I was able to book the hair treatment/ massage service which includes shampoo, treatment, and style... for $80 since they were having a deal. Original price is $115 which I believe is overpriced. Personally I would like a massage more focused on the head. The massage was nice but it was more of a shoulder & neck. I wish they offer a head massage & shampoo service - as I didn't need a hair treatment. It was cool they had a device to check your scalp. Didn't get much of a education on what I need to know about my scalp as I didn't have any build up or issues noted- I guess education is provided for those who have present issues. I would appreciate it if they were able to verbalize what they were doing. I didn't know when they added hair treatment. If it was verbalized I wouldn't have to guess if they are adding shampoo or conditioner or treatment. My favorite part was when they used the waterfall device on my hair, it was therapeutic. I left the salon in tears. A friend and I had appointments for a wed afternoon, and upon making the reservations, I was met with a confirmation issue from their website, which left me very worried. Upon arrival, we were met by 2 girls who were finishing up on 2 other women. There was no front desk or concierge. Once we got started, the experience was great. The woman who was working with me had glasses, was tall ( I forget her name she was super nice and accommodating) then out of nowhere this guy with a weird haircut started touching my hair ( I am Jewish and have very curly hair. Not kinky, not frizzy. CURLY) he didn't introduce himself, just started touching me and telling me he would come back to do my hair bc the original girl didn't know how to style curly hair (RED FLAG!!!! cosmetology school teaches how to blow dry curls....) she let me to the hair washing area, and the treatment began. It was so lovely and relaxing and I really enjoyed it. That part I would definitely do again and again. Then, when I went into the salon area to get my blowout, THAT IS ADVERTISED. That's when things went very bad. She started playing with my hair like she was in cosmetology school again! A few minutes later the weird haircut guy came from out of nowhere again and again, started PLAYING with my hair.... They started brushing my hair with brushes that were clearly not for curly hair, and I knew then I wasn't going to receive the blowout that I was so excited for. While they were brushing my curls out, the weird haircut guy started separating my curls and putting a product in it that I had no idea what they were using. He then pulled out a diffuser. Diffusing frizzy curls with no moisture and all product was making my curls so frizzy and ugly. At that point, 2 other women came in and started touching me again without introducing themselves ( there were 6 hands touching my hair at this point. ) A woman with blonde hair and a puffy shirt stayed talking to him, and then he stared spraying water on my just diffused dry hair. He then asked me how I style my hair.....uhm...sir....I am not here to teach you how to do your job. I had to YANK my head away from these 3 strangers and proceeded to have a panic attack in the restroom. When I came out of the restroom from crying and hyperventilating, I saw that everyone had left and my friend was paying. One of the women saw me crying and just walked by. Very rude. Considering ypu ma'am were one of the reasons I just had a meltdown in the restroom. I got no communication from anyone about not receiving the blowout, no apology about ruining my hair, no discount. Nothing. If you are not equipped to service EVERYONE, that makes an appointment say so. Have integrity and say we can do your hair. God forbid a person with kinky hair comes in. I hope that this salon learns from this experience and puts a disclaimer on the website about no accommodation for curly hair or invests in education as well as a customer service for their stylists. I wanted to experience a "hair spa" (like i have seen in IG in asia). I was recommended this place for hair analysis. I paid approx $150 and was somewhat disappointed. I had a hair treatment that lasted approx 60 mins. IT included an upclose picture of my hair and scalp. This was followed by an extensive shampoo and scalp massage. That was very relaxing and nice. I am so disappointed in this place. I was really excited to get the scalp treatment but the person who worked on me failed. First, I couldn't hear his voice when he tried to speak to me. Second, his massages were the absolutely worst, even when I asked for him to massage harder, he literally rubbed only, he did NOT give me a full treatment when I saw others getting the same service getting different steps added on. The "facial" isn't even a facial, it's a face mask from a packet and a rub of the face. Afterwards, I asked for my hair to be curled, it looked terrible. I'd never come back again. My appointment was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, however Kevin and Theressa took care of me and took effort to communicate with me to ensure my first experience went well. Lisa did my treatment and she was amazing!!! She instructed me every step of the way on what we were doing and made sure that I was comfortable! Staff was respectful and explained in detail what products were going to be used and why the products were being used for the scalp treatment. The treatment included a thorough hair cleaning, arm, hand and upper shoulder massage, and a blow dry and hair style of choice. Although the hair styling was not salon grade, overall I would go again. We were the first appointment of the day and multiple people came in after our 60 min treatment, I'd say this is a popular place. Hair felt super clean, light and so soft! Amazing! Highly recommended! Initially, I found out about the Japanese Head Spa experience via a popular YouTuber. Out of curiosity, I did some further research and found TT Beauty was only about 5 minutes from my house! They recently opened and the salon is very clean and organized. I showed up a little early. If you book for 10am, please note that they do not open until 10, but don't worry you won't miss out on any time with your appointment. My stylist was Selena. She was very nice and easy to work with. She started by taking a few pictures of my scalp and explaining what could be improved. We then got started in the massage area, where there are interesting looking massage tables with a sink at the top. She provided a relaxing massage which about put me to sleep. From there, my hair/scalp was washed and massaged several times Towards the end, a Ginseng heated mask was applied to my eyes and my hair was steamed with I believe a hair mask as well. A blow dry and style were included at the end. This is a unique experience and I would definitely recommend for relaxation or if you're having any scalp concerns! read more
