This is a very unassuming place and do not let the exterior turn you away from this establishment…read more The inside was clean and well cared for. The server was attentive and happy to explain the specials and give recommendations to this gringo that may not have understood everything. I tried the picadillo with flour tortillas and it was excellent. It had ground beef with potatoes and peppers. Very tasty. One of the things that sets this place about it the attention that comes to the sides. I LOVED the rice I could have eaten a pot of it. When I proclaimed my love for their rice they even offered an extra helping. You can't beat that!! The only points against the plan is I asked for water it is was a members mark bottle of water from Sam's club. The prices were a little high but everything is now and I might as well get used to it. I recommend giving it shot. I did and walked away happier from it.

Was curious to find an Asian grocery store in this small town so we had to check it out. As soon as…read morewe walked in, we noticed a couple of people ordering their sticky rice and chicken with hot sauce. We talked to the owner's son who explained it's very popular and they even sell the hot sauces by the cup. They put cilantro in the hot sauce as it lasts longer. Interesting! The store is very small but they have a lot of Asian stuff like bags of rice, instant ramen, noodles, sausages, candies, cookies, canned Asian goods, and seafood. We returned the following day to try their sticky rice and chicken with hot sauce since it seems very popular. There were about 8 people in line already at noon. We got their combination of sticky rice with 2 thighs and a leg with extra hot sauce. Loved the hot sauce. It was just spicy enough with the perfect amount of salt. The chicken also had great flavor and was juicy. Didn't love the sticky rice though as it was hard.
