Great food! We ordered an assortment of rolls, shashimi, rock shrimp, calamari, and maidai. The maidai was prepared well, but it was my least favorite due to its mild taste. Fresh and clean tasting sushi. Great options. The service was great. The young man who assisted us was personable, attentive, and funny. Clearly wanted us to have a great experience. I've watched this address change hands numerous times in the past 10 years (or so). I really hope this business remains. This experience bumped Hinoki out of the top spot. We had an enjoyable sushi dinner at Tsuki. Rare these days is really hot miso soup. The shrimp shumai was also tasty and hot. We ordered one sushi dinner and one sashimi dinner. The Sashimi was presented in a compartmented wooden tray with the fish in individual plates. The fish was tasty and easy to eat. Nice and soft. We will return. Very attentive service. read more

Tsuki Restaurant - First nigiri course. - Sushi Bars Near Me - Greenwich, Connecticut

Ordered 2 sushi rolls for pick up at 8 PM on a Friday night. Was told would be a 25-30 min wait. Arrived at the 31 minute mark (8:31) and noticed there was someone waiting st the front desk to be helped which was empty and there were 5 tables of diners eating inhouse. Time passed and it is now 8:45 and still no one has come to greet me at the podium. I am getting antsy because my car is double parked outside. Finally at 8:48 pm someone introduces themselves and when I said I was really upset I was inside for 20 minutes before anyone helped me and another 5 to actually get the food (so all in all my 2 rolls took 50 minutes) absolutely unacceptable. When I told the manager SHE LAUGHED!!!!!!!!! I literally saw her chatting away with other in house diners while she had a LINE of people for pick up orders. Then I WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE and I said that was absurd after the unprofessional experience and the laughing in my face. My discount was $5 fucking dollars. Another laugh in my face. I will NEVER go back here again. VERY VERY VERY unprofessional. Food quality does not compensate for the terrible staff. So goodbye forever! read more

Wow, talk about a pleasant surprise! We love Omakase but it's hard to find premium quality outside of Manhattan. Other places we've tried in Westchester or CT were over-priced ($400 per person) for underwhelming experiences. Not the case at Tsuki. This is our new "go to" spot. The private back room Omakase section is a great touch - no screaming kids to worry about and maximum six other guests besides you at the sushi counter. This guarantees very personalized service and the full attention by each chef (as many as three!). Every course was expertly prepared and well described and the customized "treatments" added to each piece of fish really made the taste pop. Menu changes daily based on the highest quality and freshest fish available at the market. Very impressive. Highly recommend. read more

I literally cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I live in Indiana but my folks live in Westchester so, for my mom's upcoming 65th birthday, I took her and my dad to Tsuki for omakase. First of all, the restaurant is drop-dead gorgeous. Clean, elegant, and well-lit. More importantly, however, the service is impeccable. Kind and attentive waitstaff, and the sushi chefs provide you with all the information you could ever need about what you are eating. Not to mention, they are simply fun to chat with. The food...THE FOOD. My mom said to me no less than three times during this meal that no sushi she has ever had compares to Tsuki. She and my dad had the 12-course omakase and every dish was presented beautifully. I am not an especially adventurous eater, so I did not go for the omakase, but, when I say that my simple salmon-avocado roll melted in my mouth (which I did not think was possible)...I mean it. I liked this place. The service is nothing less than attentive. The room is nice. Lots of TV's. We were early so there were only a few people. We had the duck rolls which were amazing. Just amazing, That was followed by the rock shrimp, again amazing. But then the short ribs were served. They were the most expensive item on the entree menu. $40. They were not good and should never have left the kitchen. This is a sushi restaurant and I was probably wrong to order something cooked but just the same. These ribs were just gristle, fat, and bone. They had a reheated feel to them, which they probably were.Im guessing individually portioned prepared boil-in-bag in the walk in thing sold directly to the restaurant. They should really be taken off the menu all together. They were mostly inedible and it kind of put our whole dinner off as my dining companion was so enjoying his massive plate of sushi and I was left to pick at what little meat there was. I was going to mention how nice it was that a local sushi restaurant had so many cooked choices but if this is the result, I'll pass read more

Ordered the 12 piece sashimi lunch special. While the sashimi tasted fresh, they were VERY small and was still very hungry.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Recommended by a friend, I tried it out and WOW the specialty rolls are amazing. While it is not cheap, it is among the best sushi I have ever had, including better than many restaurants in Tokyo. If you go, make sure to order one of the specialty rolls! I went with some friends who ordered their "standby sushi" which was good, but when they tasted the specialty rolls, they immediately ordered the same as I had ordered. Save the standard stuff for another place and splurge with their speciality rolls...they are awesome. read more

I took my wife (who doesn't eat raw anything) and my son here after reading a review in a Greenwich paper. The food was outstanding! The crispy rice was ethereal. It was so good, my son and I went back the next week. I haven't had anything that wasn't top notch. I'm going to try to graze my way through the entire menu.
