You need to look closely at the payment schedule; otherwise, you will pay up to 85% of the project money before you can see anything installed on your kitchen wall. 2. The project leader Matt asked the client to pay the project money even before that task was largely completed. 3. They asked to give the parking spaces for them to use on the contract; however, they asked the senior lady to give up the parking lot that she spent several hours on digging out her car from a big snowstorm that happened in February 2026 with more than 9-inch snowfall. The unclear instructions for kitchen materials selections frustrated the client most. It was a nightmare experience to work with them.

I got her the information initially, and then a day after they finalized the initial estimate came back with 1 tweak, which they were more than happy to adjust their estimate to accommodate. Not once did I feel like the process was a burden. Saint's estimate was very competitive; however, we received a similar estimate from a contractor we had used previously for a lot of work and were familiar with their work product. Because of my positive experience with Saint for this estimate, I'll be saving them to reach out to for future projects. This was one of the most professional estimate process I've been through for a contractor project. I would recommend Saint Construction based on the extremely professional estimate process. Really amazing work! I had a master bathroom with a tub/shower that I wanted converted to a…read morewalk-in shower, and a shower stall that I wanted converted to a closet. They were prompt to respond to my request for quote, detailed in their quote and responsive to all of my questions. When the work began, I noticed right away that they were very detail oriented, and hard working. And they conscientiously cleaned up at the end of each day. I had a family emergency mid-way through construction and they were so patient as we had to do some collaboration virtually and get creative with access to the property. The onsite team gave me very good advice on several things to adjust, small changes to the plan that overall really made a difference -- these weren't "upselling" which sometimes occurs, but just them giving advice based on their experience. I am so happy with the results!
