My visit at Tsaocaa was great, and honestly I have been craving for their coconut mango slush since then. Usually that order comes with crystal boba, but i substituted it for mango popping boba, which I think is the right move. This boba shop also comes with hot food. I always love the Korean corn dogs. I got the simple Korean corn dog with half cheese and she's got the sweet potato one. They were both yummy. The service was fairly fast. It was good too because they have a self service kiosk. They also have descriptions of the food in the kiosk. In this way you get to order without awkwardly looking up at the menu board. The place has a chill vibe which is perfect for a get together with friends, a boba date or a study session.

Yet another great addition to the Tampa boba tea scene! Tsaocaa always has great service. The people working here are friendly and give good drink suggestions. Ambiance is modern and bright, great for hanging out and catching up with friends. They have a lot of different food and snack options, along with the plentiful drink options that they have. However, the drinks are a little pricier than some of the other boba shops around. That being said, would definitely drop by again :)

My absolute favorite boba spot ! Soy garlic chicken wings with sauce on the side. Mini sesame balls are delicious too ... one of my favorite boba would be the brown sugar oreo milk foam - or passion fruit green tea.

The food and service are very fast. The staff was pretty rushed and a little overwhelmed, which gave me and my friend a bad first impression. No one really approached us at the counter because all three staff members were busy making drinks. Drinks were good, but the sizing is so misleading. The regular is the size of a small /: and the large is the size of a regular

Tsaocaa is newly open. We visited twice. We like the boba drink and their specialty drink. They also serve the Pan Asian street food I like. During our visit, there were a lot of customers in the store. It is definitely popular. We got several different drink. The drinks include milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, Hong Kong style milk tea, mix berry green tea, mango mojito, red bean slush, colorful black tea. All tea are refreshing and tasty. We also got some takoyaki, the salt pepper chicken nuggets, and Korean fried chicken. It is interesting to have. The food are delicious.

This is our go to for bubble tea. We have been all over Tampa and we keep going back. So far we haven't found anywhere that tops this place.

The Korean fried chicken and fries(for the kids) are the main reasons we drive out to Tsaocaa. Always consistent. Nice crunchy breading and the wings are always thoroughly cooked (never had a raw wing here). Usually, get the honey garlic, but tried the secret spicy today. Sweet with a mild spiciness to them. The wings aren't drowning in sauce. Each order of 10 wings come in a nice little box, no matter if you are dining in or taking it to go (this is great if you have leftovers.) Plenty of seating for small groups and the acoustics are good enough to enjoy the house music and hold a conversation with your friends. Single multi gender bathroom that is typically clean.

Singing Happy Praises for Tsaocaa, a new boba and Korean fried chicken spot!! I tried a bunch of goodness here, and I can't stop raving about it. First and foremost, I simply loved my drink. I picked the Lychee Green Tea w/ Crystal Pearl, and milk foam(cheese foam). My friend Ordered the purple yam boba drink. To me, it tasted flowery and with cloves. I don't know how else to describe it. Quite different. I'm happy I know what it tastes like. For bites, I had the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken and the Takoyaki (Octopus Balls). The popcorn chicken seasoning is nice and flavorful and is very addicting. The takoyaki is good and interesting with the flakey bonito flakes. I never had that before. The site reminds me of onion skin. It compliments it well, but not yummy by itself. Takoyaki also had a very Japanese Mayo taste in case u don't like tons of Mayo. Because I loved it so much, I had to buy Korean Fried Chicken. I bought a small Honey Garlic wings which comes with 12. I also bought a small soy garlic drumsticks with comes with 5. They warm up nicely in the air fryer. They were both excellent. The next day I made a waffle to go with the chicken. That made it even more amazing and unforgettable. These prices are very good for the quality and quantity and the service was excellent and super helpful!! I asked if my friend and I can eat our donuts together since we didn't have a place to do so, and they nicely obliged. I will definitely be back!!! Above and beyond excellent here!

I don't get the type yet! Came here to try it based on other reviews. And I went out of my norm/comfort zone with not ordering matcha here which I probably should've just stuck with my usual. They were pretty busy when we walked in and it took a good 30 minutes for our order to be ready. I'm going to blame the wait on the amount of people there and hopefully it's not their normal speed. We ordered the popcorn chicken along with strawberry yogurt drink, dragon fruit green tea (didn't change the way it came which is with the crystal pearl and milk foam) and the brown sugar bubble milk tea. Dragon fruit tea was good, not overly sweet and nice flavor. It was sort of a slush tea which I also liked. Seems they blend it with ice. I liked it with the milk foam however hated the crystal pearls that it came with. Next time I'd definitely order without. The pearls are crunchy and no flavor, sort of like the center of the lychee jellies but this version was not good. The strawberry yogurt drink was actually good...also blended and not overly sweet however again the pearls it had were not good. It would've been better without. Even the hubs who is not a fan of tea thought it was ok but also hated the pearls. The brown sugar tea was probably the best one. But REALLY sweet!! We ordered full sugar so I'd recommend getting with far less. Chicken had a strong lemongrass flavor. I was not a fan at all.

Didn't try the food yet. Service and good but I'm just here to try the Bobba tea. Sadly they didn't have Tai tea Bobba.... What Bobba place doesn't have Tai tea Bobba. Maybe it was just today.

My new favorite place!! I know I tend to say "best boba place ever" but this truly is probably the 2nd best place next to TP Tea. I came here 3 days in a row and tried different items. Some drinks were a hit or miss but the popcorn chicken and soy garlic fried chicken wings were AMAZING. It was juicy, crispy, hot and fresh every time. I also got the Takoyaki and bubble waffle and that was good as well. They have such unique drinks, toppings and even unique bubble egg waffle flavors! It's the most unique boba shop I've visited. The boba is also chewy and very good. I love this place. Japanese melon green tea (5/5) Melon tea slush with milk foam (4/5) Sakura milk tea (2/5) - barely detected tea and Sakura. Tasted water down Brown sugar milk (4/5) King of oolong tea with milk foam (3/5) - did not have the strong oolong roast taste Colorful fruits green tea (5/5) Ruby black tea with milk foam (2/5) Rose milk tea (3/5) Dragon fruit tea (1/5) - watered down and flavorless Guava lime tea (5/5) Taro mashed milk tea (3/5)

A bartender greeted me and gave me water. For my drink, I took the chocolate old fashioned (13 dollars). It was strong enough and chocolatly to enjoy. For my main plate, I chose the chicken wings (10 for 17 dollars), half fat rabbit sauce (quite garlicky) and other half siracha. While the wings were not breaded, they were still fried. It was definitely crispy, but still meaty and tender. The sauces were flavorful, and the siracha had the right amount of heat. The ranch dressing was homemade and so good, I ended up drinking it. There could have been more celery, but it was fresh and crispy. They only had one dessert, and unfortunately it wasn't homemade, so I passed. My bartender was friendly, but busy. She had a helper, but lots of patrons to serve. Yet, she was still very nice and helpful when needed. The vibe is social and casual. I would have thought they would have more USF students, but mostly locals who are enjoying a good atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available as well, and it looks like you can bring your pooch too. When it was time to check out and pay, I noticed they forgot to charge me for my drink. When I mentioned that, they told me not to worry about it. It was a very nice gesture from them. Parking here is easy as it is located in the Publix complex. There is also a Don Julio's and Bundt Cakes nearby for dessert too. The Fat Rabbit pub provides great casual bar food in a social atmosphere. The indoor dining is large enough to feel comfortable, and outdoor seating is also there if you want to enjoy with your dog. I am glad I chose this place again as it was near my hotel. Definitely coming back for more great bar food at reasonable prices. Overall: A

The restaurant was clean, bright, and had ample seating and parking. I loved everything that I tried. All the food is prepared fresh, so everything came out piping hot. The firecracker chicken bowl was my favorite. I got it medium spice. It was absolutely delicious. It was hot, crispy, spicy, and a touch of sweet. The fried rice was super flavorful, and this is something I typically miss at typical Chinese food restaurants as I cannot eat pork. Of course, no pork in this fried rice. My partner got the sesame chicken, and I presume it was amazing because he wolfed it down so fast, I didn't have to even sneak a bite. The Japanese fried chicken was a 10 out of 10! It was lightly breaded, flavorful, and crispy. This place is a gem. I seriously recommend it and may even go back today. When we were eating, someone came in and ordered a mango matcha. It looked so good that I have to go back to try it.

Cons: Prices are a bit expensive for what you get. Most dishes are in the $17-19 range. I was expecting either a lot more food quantity or a knockout taste. I know this is an independent restaurant, but it seems excessive. The meal I had is almost equivalent to a meal from the rank and file Chinese restaurants all around Tampa or Panda Express. The Orange Chicken had minimal spice. It's supposed to be sweet AND spicy. Pandas is just sweet and I'm afraid Fry and Wok follows the same beats. Liangs Asian bistro in New Tampa has OC that is sweet and spicy. It seems odd to me to do your own take on Americanized Chinese and not improve on it. No one asked me about spice level when I ordered FYI. I asked for tap water and I got hot tap water with no ice. I looked at the menu and all their drinks are $6-7 boba drinks but no canned or bottled soda . In this economy, they should serve some thing cheap as you're getting into $23/24 for one meal. Overall: It's a serviceable place to get Americanized Chinese but the prices and lack of spice make it redundant when there are so many similar and cheaper places.

We tried this place about a year ago, and we had a completely different experience than before. I can honestly say, I won't be back. Not ever. Not even a chance. This place is filthy. The floors, the tables, the bathrooms (the worst I have ever seen), and even the napkin holders. I had immediate regrets upon stepping in based on the lack of cleanliness. The amount of flies swarming was alarming. The service was a zero. The girl working watched us order at the kiosk, the kiosk wouldn't let us pay, we tell her, and she says "oh it doesn't work." So we ordered with her even though she sat around watching us waste our time. I ordered a wing meal, told her I wanted the wings injected, and she said "we don't inject them. I will give you sauce on the side." The menu clearly says they inject wings, social media videos always show it, and also, my last visit there was also injected wings but she would give me no explanation other than "I will give you the sauce on the side." It was bizarre and I couldn't even get a "we don't do that anymore" from her. We ordered a chicken sando. The quality was horrible. Chicken tasted overly processed with bad texture. We also ordered a wing combo. The wings were flavorless. Absolutely flavorless. I ordered medium and there was zero spice. Not even a tad. Apparently they don't inject their wings anymore so there was no flavor in the wings. The quality was pretty bad. Also, the "sauce on the side" that the girl working promised me was not the sauce I ordered, it was the sauce she chose. The whole ordering experience was odd. Definitely seemed like someone who did not care about providing good service, good food, or a sanitary environment. We waited about 25 minutes for our food. About 3 people came in to get pickup orders while we waited and no one else. So we sat and waited while the flys swarmed our heads. The cashier never once tried to come out and clean the filthy tables. She even paused doing nothing for a restroom break, used the filthy restroom, came out with WET hands, and grabbed a napkin from the dusty napkin holder on the filthy table to dry her hands. Then still never wiped down the table caked with food debris. Absolute terrible level of cleanliness, care, and service. It ruined my appetite. After waiting that long, the Mac n cheese was ice cold. 25 minutes for Mac n cheese with a chill to it and no heat. I'm convinced they pulled it out of the refrigerator and forgot to heat it up. This place just had too many misses: a lack of quality, a lack of good service, and a lack of any sanitation standards. Never again. We didn't finish our food. We threw it away outside.
