I was about 8 minutes late but apparently I wasn't the first person to ever not just find a new place the first time around either. As I walked inside the plazas building I noticed there were a slew of suites a numbered thankfully and there's a map at the entrance. Once I walked around the long corner I found the door I needed to be at. I grabbed on the door and it was locked from the inside. I was about to walk away and a very petite young woman opened the door by the name of Lexi. We instantly hit it off. Lexi was bubbly, very nice, explained everything that I was gonna be having done First time (Brazilian waxing) YIKES!! Lol...thankfully we chatted throughout my treatment time and I didn't feel the pain until immediately afterwards. She asked me to please post a review on Google as well. Little did she know I am on both platforms and she let it be known to her. Lexi was Awesome, genuinely a calm person and good spirited. Lastly I set up a membership for my next appointment. There's a $7 admissions fee and a $52 monthly charge. I'll see how this works out for me. Overall I Love the outcome, Thanks again Lexi. You ROCK! :-)))

However, I was pleasantly surprised when the service far exceeded my expectations! Waxorsugarme is located inside the City Salon Suites off of Knoll Trail and Arapaho. There is ample outdoor parking and it's easy to find. The suite Waxorsugarme occupies is toward the back of the building. Before showing up, I booked online where a deposit was required. Now, I'm totally happy to pay this and am respectful of their late policy. These are professionals and it makes complete sense that they have stringent policies for arrival windows. I had seen some people gripe about this, but please put yourself in the shoes of someone running a business like this- it's not fair to expect them move around other appointments to accommodate. The waxing itself was a pleasant experience. Yes- waxing hurts, but in the hands of the right professional, they can really help with alleviating some of that through great conversation. Fabiola was really good at keeping the conversation going and providing lots of knowledge on waxing upkeep best practices. I also want to mention that my first time here was on Halloween, so Fabiola was dressed as Chucky from the Child's Play movies, which was an absolute gas! I knew from the moment I met her, she was going to be awesome! She was so funny and personable, her demeanor put me at ease immediately. The end result was I got the best waxing I ever had. No hair was left behind and a few weeks out, I can say that I didn't have any ingrown hairs or irritation. I also purchased a ph balanced bath wash from Fabiola to ensure no irritation, and it was worth it. Overall, I'm super-pleased with my results fro Waxorsugarme, and look forward to my future appointments. A true gem!!!

After I called I received a text message right after asking ' How May I help you'. So unprofessional in my opinion to send a text message to a potential client. After informing her I was looking on Groupon she told me that she had no availability for my day in question and that I would have to pay 45$ EXTRA to upgrade to sugar wax. That's insane ! That would mean I would end up paying a total of 70$ for a service that she actually promotes on her site for 65$ (picture attached). She did not offer me the 5$ difference off and she was not very nice. I'm new to the state and this city and I'm looking for a permanent place to get my wax done and she definitely lost a potential client due to this.
