This is our second visit to this location. Our first visit was shortly after they opened, which was almost a year ago. When we went back today, we were looking forward to good food, and we got exactly that--no complaints. The place is clean, the service is good, and the food is delicious. We'll definitely be back again! read more

I don't know what happened to this place since the last time I came a few months ago??? The tacos were missing the cotija cheese and they were super greasy. The carnitas and steak tasted off and it doesn't help that inside smells weird inside the restaurant now. The chicharrones were stale but the lady that took my order was nice. I had to ask for the pickled onions to make them taste somewhat good. I'm disappointed that the quality of food is not was it was before :/ read more

I came here with an intention to eat delicious birria and that's what I did! My partner and I got carnitas and birria, and both were good, but we prefer the birria, it also makes sense with the consome provided with the three tacos no matter the meat. Elote cup was bomb, and a pretty decent size too for us to share. Loved the little chicharon chips to munch on and pickled onions on the side. Great spot, quick service, casual grub and great drunchies. ;-) read more

Wow! was looking for just a good taco and I found a Amazing Taco and MORE! We lucked out as well as Ashley one of the owners was there and just we talked food as it was so fresh and everything made in house. Okay to say this is some of the freshest well made just... wow. All the salsa, just fresh and delicious, you could smell the fruit from the tomatillo. Fresh Chicharróns!!! SO Yummy and I got a side of her Peruvian beans that were light and just full of flavor. Everyone is going crazy with Birria Tacos and this place delvers. The consume alone you could drink. Everywhere else I have gone was just so fatty, this had the clean taste of a great soup, and was perfect for the Red Taco from which this place has it's name, which again Tortilla made in house! I could go on, Vampiro Carnitas, Octopus Fries, fresh AF guacamole and chips. Just go! So good,. read more

First time coming to this establishment, been wanting to come since the first open but then they had to close down for repairs located . I ordered the Carnitas ,Asada and Burris very tasty. The consommé was pretty good. I even sipped it like a cup of soup. The lady at the counter was helpful in helping us choose what ti choose from menu. Very colorful art on the walls like it's a party in Mexico. I know although I enjoy a very crunchy taco some mushy. I still enjoyed it. Glad we were able to make it in and give them some business support your local small business whenever possible. They're not stingy on stuffing their tacos. read more

Update: I tried the quest burrito with chicken, all the ingredients are well seasoned on their own. I couldn't tell you which I liked more the chicken the beans or the rice! Also tried the birria tacos 10/10 love them!! And a 'spicy' Elote cup. Honestly nothing here is spicy to my personal preference but I can eat some seriously spicy foods.. try if you dare yourself. I truly love the flavors of the food but nothing here is spicy by me. Located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach! With giant red letters TITOS you can't miss this place! Walking in you see modern urban decor--so fun and bright! So looking over the menu it has so much to offer, but I want to try something unique but recommended. What I got was their Birria Vampiros- (2) baked corn tortilla topped with grilled cheese choice of meat, cheese, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, topped with a baked corn tortilla. After ordering, I started to see more around, there was something thick and red on the counter looked like tamarindo smoothie, in one of those drink machines you know the ones? Right friends?! I asked and I was told it's their enchilada salsa! That's cool! I had some fresh Chicharrones with salsa while I waited, I love both sauces that come with it:am I wrong for wanting to mix them? It was a soft opening and there were people eating inside and out on the patio. But I was helped right away! And the food was so fresh and tasted great! I can't wait to try more! If you try anything I eat and review here let me know what you think read more

This is an awesome new taco spot in Pismo. Great location within walking distance of everything. The portions are big. We came in hungry probably ordered too much because we definitely did not finish anything. The original red tacos are soooo good. Lots of cheese, the chicken was delicious, perfectly seasoned. Green salsa is everything! You won't be disappointed. Had the carnitas fries. That was a meal on its own, so much flavor, the fries were crunchy and not soggy, even with all the cheese, meat and salsa. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend. read more

Overall experience was 1.5/5. Waited at the front counter while the only guy taking orders guy was on the phone for 10 mins doing a phone order... The elote cup slapped($1 but not enough to make up for extra 40+ minute wait time for our food, when we were only one of two sets of customers at the restaurant. The fact that the food is in To-go packaging was a weird feel with the hefty price points. I got the "papas rolled red tacos" or whatever they were. $16+ for 3 mashed potato taquitos we're not IT. I've seen the responses from your 'manager' on here regarding pricing due to local restaurants and location. But if you're gonna charge that, you need to DELIVER like these other places are that charge that much. Will give another shot down the road when things may hopefully be in working in a better system. read more

We got the chicken tacos and only wanted 2 but they only sell them in 3s. Also ordered chicken quesadillas . My tacos were stuffed with chicken in this small red taco shell. There was no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese in the tacos . They gave this cup of red juice that I don't know what it was ? I dunked my tacos in it but it was so bland. The tacos were such a disappointment .The wife's quesadillas were dry and just average tasting. We could have gotten a better meal at Taco Bell and not pay $37. read more

If you are in Pismo Beach, or traveling up or down the 101, these are not to be missed. I had their "famous red tacos". The Birria, Chicken and Veggie (bean) tacos were delicious. Served with consomme, delicious fresh and tasty green salsa, and a creamy red sauce with quite a bit of fire. The service was quick and the woman at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. My sister had Vampiro tacos (Birria and Carne Asada), and she said they were great. All of the meat is seasoned beautifully and tender! Don't miss out on the murals definitely add to the vibe. read more

My husband and I were drawn in by the gorgeous murals and a birria craving. I ordered the Puffy Tolled Tacos and my husband chose the Birria Ramen. The restaurant was clean and the murals inside provided a trendy, chill vibe. The feedback over the speaker was a little rough, with a popping noise that made us want to dive under the table. Our food came pretty quick. Presentation was great. The red tortillas are a cool touch to classic favorites. The food tasted okay enough, but definitely needed a little more salt/seasoning. If you're expecting something closer to authentic Mexican cuisine, I would pass on this place. Portions were a little small for the price. All in all, a chill taco spot in pismo but if you're looking for authentic flavors, keep going. read more

We've been here for a week and eaten there twice! The food and service is great! Last week we did tacos, this week burritos, and chips. The chips are the best I've ever had. Homemade chicharones, I don't eat them but my husband says they are the best! read more

Randomly found this place in Pismo and decided to stop in for a late night dinner and to my delight they have potato tacos, puffy potato tacos. I love the vibe here. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The tacos didn't disappoint, we almost went back the next day. There's a lot on the menus we were hoping to try, elote, churros, nachos, etc, but there wasn't enough room in our stomach. They're open from morning to night, so plenty of opportunity to swing through. read more

Tito's is in a nice location with plenty of off street parking. The food was decent and the staff was pleasant. The reason for the two star review is the loud music. I liked the music, I just wish it was being played at half the volume. The music was so loud I couldn't hear the questions they were asking me when they took my order. Then, when I sat down with my friend, we couldn't have a conversation. I spoke to one of the staff. I told him that the music was too loud and if he could please turn it down. He said he would turn it down "a bit." To his credit, he did turn it down a bit. But, it was still too loud. Unfortunately, I won't be back. read more

Tourists beware! This place is obviously set up so the owner can rip off customers. The quality of food for the price just doesn't make sense. Food is supposed to be nourishing however you'll leave here feeling like a greaseball with a stomachache. It's a newer restaurant and it's already dirty. The floor and table were all sticky. I can only imagine the kitchen isn't much cleaner. Maybe that's why we felt sick after eating there. Maybe the health department should look into this place. Didn't bother to take a picture cuz the presentation was lacking. Service wasn't good either, it looked as if they all hated their job and food took forever. I wish I could say one nice thing about the place. I was really looking for a positive... maybe the decor was pretty cool. read more

Stumbled upon this spot while vacationing in the area & I'm glad we did! It seems the hours are wrong on yelp though because it shows as closed tues-thurs but it was open on Tuesday evening. We ordered the Famous Red Tacos and got one chicken, one steak and one birria, along with chips and queso. We took one bite of everything and threw the rest away. Chicken and steak were both dry, the taco shells were odd tasting, the birria was ok, but pretty bland. The queso was the plastic nacho cheese kind and it was $12 and the tacos were $17.
