When I arrived to the really beautiful grooming shop, I was instantly impressed by the professional appearance of the building. Inside, the building is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The waiting area is cozy and inviting with nice decorations. She was very good with my Jack. She asked me how I wanted his hair cut and was able to get his hair cut perfectly! I've never had to leave him longer than an hour and a half . After 4 hours I had to call asking about when he would be done. After another hour i went to pick him up. They said he urinated on himself and they have to clean him all over again. He has NEVER done that previously and I personally let him go before I took him inside. They had him for 5 hours and didn't think to see if he had to pee? As I'm trying to pay, my poor guy is dragging me toward the door. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. When we got home I noticed he had multiple lesions on his back and stomach. He was so itchy and red, this also had never happened before this. Our conversation peaked our interest more with Beni, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next morning! They were very flexible with scheduling us with Tom to meet Beni, especially since we live 2 hours away. Upon arrival, we noticed that the facility is very clean and followed the social distancing safety standards. We saw staff taking long walks with the dogs, and supervising them playing outside. All the dogs looked happy and taken care of. We appreciated how Augusta and Tom were honest about Beni and gave us no pressure on adopting him that day. When finally meeting Beni in person, it was love at first sight! We filled out the application and were able to take him home on the day of. The application process was very easy! I can tell Beni was taken good care of as Tom and the staff said a long heartfelt goodbye to him. I appreciated that they even took him to the groomers beforehand as most shelters we visited don't bother giving dogs a bath, cut their nails, or trim their hair before they are taken home. It has been 3 months since we adopted Beni (now named Zuko). He has been doing great and we just keep falling in love with him every single day. Other grooming places we've tried in the past never seemed to get her truly clean (Nala does not like water), but Janese exceeded all expectations. When my wife saw Nala after the appointment, she was amazed. Nala looked and smelled fresh. For the second visit, our Frenchie, Reese, needed a good grooming session. Janese did an incredible job. Reese came out happy, clean, and clearly well cared for. Janese really knows how to handle our dogs with so much love and attention. My dog would come home and hide under the bed for the rest of the day. Becca works on one client at a time and lets me know 15 minutes before our dog is finished so we can be there to pick him up as soon as he's done. She doesn't cage him and he has absolutely no after grooming stress! Becca is the greatest!

I have used Roam N Board since before new ownership took place. This is my choice to board my dogs…read more I have 3 dogs and I am comfortable leaving them in the capable hands of the Roam N Board Staff. I use the luxury suites as my 3 dogs are seniors now. They don't do well away from home but I know they are well taken care of when we are gone. I get updates and pictures via text and they always soothe my anxiety about leaving them any time I call to ask for updates. I also worry about 2 of my 3 not eating their meals since they aren't at home. For $3 a night (per dog,) I am able to add rotisserre chicken to their meal. That way I know they will eat their food. They have many more add ons such as cuddles, walks, play time, baths... I also appreciate their late pick up as sometimes getting home on time is a challenge and I don't want to have to wait until the next morning to get my babies. Another great service they offer is grooming. I bring my dogs here now to get their nails trimmed. I have had them trimmed elsewhere, but Kody and Samantha do an amazing job, taking enough off and making my girls happy in the process.

Appreciate their communication on arrival time, etc as well. Previously, Marco groomed my dog then once we moved we got partnered with Yan. Both groomers are great and very patient with my unpredictable dog as she doesn't like getting groomed. My dogs been getting better at handling groomings thanks to the great and patient team. Typically, it is $130 for a full grooming, bath, nail trim, etc, which I think is worth it since they come to you and finish within a few hours. The 1-1 service is great for nervous dogs so I highly recommend this service for other pet owners!

My dog Tina has been nippy and at times aggressive with other groomers , but not with Robbyn. She told me Tina was calm , relaxed and the grooming went well.
