Daphne had a restful fun time on both occasions. Daphne is getting older and it's wonderful to have a place for my dog, Daphne, to stay when I'm on holiday. I know she's in great hands. Furthermore, Niki is an expert groomer! I adopted an insanely cool Chinchilla Persian cat, Puffcat, from Niki's Play n' Stay just after winter break. Chinchilla Persians are lovely! The breed requires very careful grooming every 4-8 weeks--including bathing, shaving, and drying with a special high velocity cat hairdryer. Therefore, I just had my Chinchilla Persian, Puffcat, over at Niki's for grooming and he came back looking picture perfect. After his grooming, he's sooooo puffy, smells amazing, and he has been expertly shaved & trimmed. Thank you Niki! Highly recommend!!

These guys don't deserve a star we serve the way you can give somebody a negative million percent…read moretook my female lab border calling him back in for a groom to our groomer was busy never been there before so upon our daughter going there a couple days later started not feeling so well came down with a cough contacted the groomers to make a complaint and they openly admitted that they have issues with kennel, cough, and cough diseases going around in their shop that they've had problems with and not just in grooming area, the drying area, the boarding area they're holding areas throughout the whole entire facility but prior to entering nothing posted. Nothing else outside no precautionary so people like us can meet the judgment if we want to take our animals in there, but I forgot to say earlier my dog is 100% vaccinated at everything up-to-date. Long story short she won that passing it off to now my other three dogs have so I have four dogs and for that bills, which is about to be very expensive. All I asked for them was to take care of their responsibility, which should be financially paying for my vet, bills and meds that I've acquired for all four of my dogs and not having kennel cough so even though they open limited to cases of kennel, cough and viruses going around, they want to try to put blame off on us to state that all their animals that come into their facilities are vaccinated I was like well didn't ask us that didn't say anything to us didn't sign any papers so never asked if our dog was vaccinated so all dogs are going to your location of vaccinated how's that when you never asked us ask proof for our vaccines you just go off somebody's word to say so so I guess I'll post every day a couple times a day every day until they step up and take care of their obligations reported under the Better Business Bureau's reported the infectious disease silly damn getting that in investigated if I could take it to small claims court, what will do no boy he needs to step up to the plate and take care of and pay for the bills and meds because my dog contracted kennel, cough in your facility the past due to my other two Tata for now see you tomorrow when I repost again
