Depending on if there's other ahead of you there may be a short wait but as the Trimming itself is very quick you can still be in and out within minutes. The Parking lot can get a little chaotic.

I've never given a bad review but.... I had been going to…read morePampered Pet in Tracy off and on since they opened with the dogs I have now and Barkley, my previous dog I had for over 14 years. Barkley got razor rash once & had a problem after his anal glads expressed long ago at Pampered Pet which resulted in vet visit both times, but other than those two episodes, I was satisfied and just wrote those two problems off as flukes until....I took my teacup Maltese there last September (2025). His first couple appointments were fine, but the last, he looked terrible, like a different dog. People who saw him afterwards thought it WAS a different dog, an old dog, not my cute little 9 month old Maltese. When I brought him in, I told Michelle I didn't want his face touched much at all, to leave his "mustache" and wanted his ear hair trimmed shorter, like a puppy. Well, they did the exact opposite; they left the ears long and SHAVED his face. He wasn't matted or anything. I paid the bill, including a $20 tip BEFORE they brought him out to me. I was in shock when they handed him to me. I left and on the drive home, I couldn't even look at him. But the more I did, the madder I got. When I got home, I immediately called Michelle and said, "you know I'm not one to complain and never have, but I was furious on the grooming job. That they did the exact opposite of what I asked and that he looked terrible." She said I could bring him back in and they'd trim his ears shorter, like I had asked, but the damage was done. I knew they couldn't glue his cute mustache and whiskers back on. All I saw when I looked at him was a dog that didn't look a thing like my cute 9 month old puppy that I had brought in. I told her I was too mad to bring him back in and I was just furious. She just said oh, okay. No offer of any compensation or anything. I had been a customer for over a decade. His fur, of course, has since grown back and he looks cute again. He is now a year and 5 months old and I take him to Muddy Paws on 10th Street now, where we have been extremely pleased AND they are a little less expensive and we've had much, much better experience every single time and much better cut than he ever had at Pampered Pet. Sorry, but it's the truth. I won't go back there. I don't know if there was miscommunication between Michelle and the groomer or what because I did tell Michelle the cut I wanted: face left alone, only cleaned up a little, leave his mustache/whiskers and trim the ears much shorter and the exact opposite was done. He was the first appointment of the day, maybe she was still half asleep, I don't know.

Her attitude was disgusting, and the way she spoke to me made it clear she has no respect for pet parents. Please do not send your babies here -- I honestly worry about how they might treat the pets when owners aren't around. I had a 10:30 appointment and even confirmed the day before, asking them to note that I would arrive closer to 10:45 because of a doctor's appointment. The person on the phone said yes, but clearly never bothered to make a note. At 10:35 I got a call accusing me of being late, and Jasmyne made it very clear that if I wasn't there by 10:45, they wouldn't take my dog. At exactly 10:45, I got an email saying my appointment was canceled. I rushed, arrived at 10:48 -- just THREE minutes later -- and Jasmyne flat out refused to take my dog in, with a nasty attitude to my face. This is NOT how you treat paying customers or their pets. Absolutely unprofessional and heartless. I will never bring my dog here again and strongly warn every pet parent -- stay far away from Jasmyne and PetSmart Grooming in Tracy.

Two weeks ago, my dog suffered a broken blood vessel in his eye due to a grooming harness that was not adjusted properly. While being dried, he attempted to jump off the grooming table. Although the groomer caught him, there was a moment when he was left hanging by the harness. As a professional grooming business, I would expect staff to anticipate that dogs may try to jump and ensure proper safety measures are in place. My niece picked him up and contacted me right away. When she sent me a photo of his eye, I was heartbroken. After I called and left a voicemail, an employee named Carla returned my call and initially stated that my dog had arrived with the injury. If that were true, I question why grooming services would have been performed on a dog with a visibly red and swollen eye. Later, after reviewing the video footage, Carla called back and acknowledged that she could see where the injury occurred. She advised me to take my dog to the veterinarian and stated that the expenses would be covered. I did exactly that and provided both the veterinarian's notes and my receipt. I only requested reimbursement for the grooming service ($100) and the veterinary bill ($125). However, the owner has since claimed that the incident was my dog's fault and has refused responsibility. If you love your pet, I encourage you to carefully consider this experience before bringing them here. My goal is simply to prevent another dog from suffering the way my Teddy has. PS-They don't deserve a single star. It's the lowest level you can select with Yelp.
