Jose came out, toured the house, listened to our needs, and designed an amazing multi-room system, including our patio and deck. His prices were at least 20% less than other bids we got. The workmanship was spectacular and they did a great job educating us on how to use all our new toys. We bought a new TV the weekend before they came out and Jose even installed the monitor for me. These guys have an amazing attention to detail. I am so pleased with the service and the pricing!

I learned of AV through our Neighborhood Resident Facebook site and sent a message. Message was promptly answered and date scheduled quickly. Communication was quick and professional with any deviation on ETA. Dex came by, was so very polite and professional. We bought a newer resale who was leaving us her $2000 Cameras and DVR. My hubs tried to connect the system and just couldn't get it to work and he can do anything. We didn't think to check the system being left behind because we never needed this type of security in 25 yrs. Well, Dex gave us the news that the DVR box wasn't working (why hubs couldn't get it hooked up). I think it was the port that was bad. He gave us a quote for another, said our cameras were 1080p so were not bad, but not the best. He went to pick up the new DVD and came to set it up. It was smaller, more compact which I like better and came with a mouse. When we saw the actual camera quality we were sick. You can't see anything. Virtually useless. Dex informed us that if somebody did come up and is caught on camera, the history stays in the DVD so if an intruder showed up it would still be able to be seen on another camera. This was comforting to hear, and we are now going to discuss having Dex come back out for installation of better cameras. Very highly recommended if you need security cameras, or Televisions installed. 5***** for Dex's very professional knowledge and his extremely polite manner.

The guys who come to install are friendly and professional. We had a communication and understanding issue regarding the pricing structure of the video doorbell service, and I don't believe it was due to bad intent. Just better communication was needed, which I have discussed with Omar. To his credit, Omar has made it right, which indicates to me he is a business owner who values his strong reputation. Mistakes happen, but the most important measure is how they are handled, and Omar handled his side well.

Fast forward and when I tell you I got exactly what I requested and more! Older home I'm in and the job quickly turned complex however Michael is an experienced guy and this complexity was a piece of cake for Michael and his team. I ended up getting 2 cat 5 runs and a Cat 6 run installed, along with several phone cords re-wired to network ports that saved me money. Michael's pricing is compatible with the market but he'll win you over with service and care. He is has a ton of knowledge and is very comfortable in what he deliveries. I was having a concern with an AP that was added and Michael made sure I was satisfied before we called it quits. He even made a point to follow up week later to be sure everything is of great standing.

He accepted the challenge, and showed up 2 hrs late. He successfully changed 2 bulbs. He said that he couldn't get the broken bulb out, though prior to him coming he said that he could. He broke the inlet for the final bulb. After completing what he said he could do, I paid hime the full agreed upon amount for the 4 bulbs. He said a scaffold would be required to complete the job, and while he didn't have one, he could give me the name of someone. After not hearing back, I contacted him. week later. He asked for the ceiling height again, and I never heard back. In summary, he was late, he was unable to do the task requested, and even worsened the situation. He then did not follow. When you combine the whole experience, it was mediocre, with bad follow through.
