I hired them for a residential project, and Dan Penny and his team were true professionals from start to finish. While my project was residential, I know they also handle commercial work, and based on my experience, I would confidently recommend them for both residential and commercial projects. From the initial walkthrough to final installation, their level of knowledge and expertise was immediately apparent. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted with my network and security camera setup and then made thoughtful recommendations to improve performance while also keeping costs in check. What really stood out was their efficiency and attention to detail. They found smart, clean ways to run cabling that minimized disruption while maximizing long-term reliability. Everything was done neatly and with a level of precision you typically only see in high-end custom work. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent--clear, timely, and proactive. They showed up when they said they would, stayed on schedule, and delivered exactly what they promised. It is rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, honesty, and craftsmanship at this level. Dan and his team exceeded expectations in every way. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, clean, and reliable installation.

Daniel is an awesome communicator and he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He loves what he does and it shows. He doesn't just recommend the most expensive products out there. He recommended quality hardware for us in our budget. Moreover he is prompt and responsive. What I appreciate the most however is his attention to detail and commitment to his work. Most companies as that time wanted me to lease or do some kind of payment plan which I wasn't interested in. Other providers wanted a 3 year contract and original, installing company did not. Eventually, the company that did my instilwas sold to a group out of San Antonio and then that company was bought by Alert 360. They are based out of Tulsa and their service couldn't be worse. It's as if ADT and Comcast got together and had a baby and the baby got only the bad traits. The first thing they did was jack up my rate without offering any additional services and as a special "feature" they tacked on a monthly "insurance" cost to my bill without asking me. I called up to their headquarters and asked the clerk to justify their existence. I asked why I would continue to pay them when now days, systems are automated, cheap and efficient. The woman answered that "they answer the phone faster than any other alarm company." Which just shows she totally missed the point of the question. These people are crooks, and this business model is going the way of the dinosaurs. Update: no see, I'm not trying to get anything from you. Nor am I intent on helping you learn, grow, or be better at business. I've had my experience and now it's out there for people to see. Your chance, you had it, it's over. Good to know that you didn't even try to refute a single comment I made though. Should be evident to anyone that can read what a horrible company you are Update 2: Alert 360 somehow believes I care to have a "resolution" and doesn't understand what the purpose of Yelp is. This is a place for people to offer reviews and share experiences for the general public to see and be informed. It is recommended that Alert 360 get better at social media and business in general. Alert 360 should be advised that people do not succumb to demands for "direct contact" nor are reviews posted to help a company learn Update 3: positive reviews seem to be for "Central Security Group." Karen of Alert 360 appears to be excited to claim ownership of past positive reviews. Maybe Alert 360 bought that company as well. It shouldn't mean that Alert 360 is entitled to past performance.

The men went to a hardware store to buy stuff to fix the problem. Not a good idea, but they thought they were doing the right thing. Later that evening, it started dripping again in my bedroom. Mr. Adrian Reyes wasted no time in taking care of the problem by staying on top of everything by calling a plumbing company Roto Rooter to fix the problem. Mr. Reyes called and texted periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly, which put me at ease. Through it all, my only problem was having to deal with a customer service agent in Oklahoma (I reside in Texas), who kept talking over me, trying to make me UNDERSTAND that I have a leak in the roof. Poor customer service on her part, but that will not deter me from giving Mr. Reyes 5 stars. I recommended CSG to two of my friends. The one that had the system installed is extremely satisfied. The other will have hers installed in August. I am sure she will be satisfied as well. Now, I have a different perspective on "one bad apple spoil the whole bunch". Not true in this case. Just one person acted inappropriately, but Mr. Reyes was quite professional, and maintained his professionalism through it all. I would definitely recommend this company. Mr. Reyes certainly deserve 5 star rating. It's too bad I can't give him ten stars. Mr. Reyes is a great asset to Central Security Group. Happy the technician is alright. Things could have been so much worse on either side. Kudos to Mr. Reyes. Keep up the good work.

It was paid immediately, as every invoice came in. Nearing the final installation, there were many thing that were not working. Rick encouraged us to pay anyway, and he would "make it right". Shortly after, major parts started falling. To be precise, 3 DoorBirds, at 5K each. A gate problem that was opening and closing up to 100x per day. He claimed it was not the DoorBird but my power. I spent thousands on checking power and wiring. But the odd part was: it usually started when we had heavy rain. Soon after this he stopped returning my calls. I would wait; a week, then a month as he forgot he scheduled us in. Then 2 months then three. We put up with this for close to 2 years. When confronted he just stopped responding... Close to 100k spent, burned on 20k cost between this and a working LTS PTZ camera that he wanted to replace with a full color at night. They took my camera, and left. The full color PTZ does not work. I am out over 20k in billing from Electronic Dreams, Rick who has not responded to my texts, emails and requests through his brother and son.
