    Try Thai Platter

A quick seating for a quiet dinner on Valentine's Day. The starter - Try Thai Platter consisting of Chicken satay and grilled chicken on a skewer with a delightful peanut butter sauce, steamed dumplings, crunchy rolls, fried pot stickers and fried tofu. Overall the platter was filled with the tasty bites. The fried tofu was the only thing that definitely needed sauce to add any sort of flavor. We also ordered additional crunchy rolls to take home. I ordered the Tom Ka again because it is an amazing soup, again it did not disappoint. Main dishes. She ordered the Crispy duck this time because of my experience the last time. Well...the basil was a bit soggy, the duck was soggy and not at all crispy. She also ordered it three spice which I thought took away from a lot of the flavor. I was going to order the whole Cod but they did not have any on hand so I went with the Thai crab omelette. What a great choice. How they pack so many flavors into the food is beyond me, yes the textures are kind of the same all the way through but even the rice tasted great. If you want to add different levels of heat, ask for the spice tray. The dried spices kind of blew my head off so I stuck with the pickled jalapeño and red pepper spices. They also had a drink special that she had and if you spent over $50 you received a free valentine dessert. Strawberry cheesecake. The drink was made with sweet fresh mango and the cheese cake was well made, creamy and a delightful finish to the meal. Not all pictures have been added as some are the same from the previous review.

First of all a menu that kids have to read who the hell puts a drink called SPICY PUSSY on the same menu that kids could see and read . Is the owner even Thinking? I'm glad my son doesn't know that word. Then I ordered a pad Thai and a SEAFOOD DRunken noodle . They bring me a chicken noodle and were surprised. They bring back the food 15 min later while my Friends and son are almost done with their food. The picture shows you how much noodle they gave for a 18$ portion complete RIP OF. This isn't fine dining feed your customer with the cheap noodles that are sold to you for cheap in bulk!! Never coming back so many other good food spots worthy of getting my money . NEVERAGAIN.

Service was excellent and staff was wonderful! We really enjoyed our dining experience and felt very welcomed by the staff. The food was nothing too special, was hoping for a bit more flavor with the curry and pad thai was just okay. Not a bad spot, but not a memorable meal for us. The inside is spacious, and there is some bar seating and a patio out back. Location is great and service is quick/food came very fast.

I just finished hiking a 25 miles section of the Appalachian Trail and was looking for something filling. I'd heard this place was really good, and the hostel owner I spoke with said the food is delicious. I hobbled in wearing my camp shoes due to blisters and was directed to a table. The interior is clean and spacious. The tables are not packed together. There is a also a bar, and the sign says they serve sushi. I noticed immediately that the menu says they are a Thai Select restaurant. I eat a fair amount of Thai food but am not a big fan of really spicy food. I asked the waitress what is popular there. Based her recommendation I chose chicken pad Thai. I also wanted a soup so I asked for her recommendation again. Based on her representation that it wouldn't be too hot for me, I ordered the Tom Kar soup, which had a coconut milk base with some spices and mushrooms. I had chicken in mine. The soup came out piping hot. I let it cool a bit, and it was one of the most delicious soups I've ever tasted. If I lived in town I would come back just for this soup. Now, I've had chicken pad Thai at a lot of different restaurants. In fact, I tend to try a basic entree at a new restaurant, and if I like that I'll go back and try something new. This pad Thai was very good, and I would feel very comfortable getting adventurous with the menu here. The waitress was on point with her recommendations and nothing was too spicy for me. I agree with the hostel owner that the food was delicious and this is definitely a place to stop if you're ever in Front Royal. 5/5 I would go back.

We came in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Space was light filled, high ceilings, calm and cute decor. They swiftly accommodated large group of 11. Service was kind and quick. Food was ample, fresh and flavorful. I found a fine range of menu items for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free friendly eaters. We enjoyed the crispy duck- great texture and spice, We got the stir fry ginger with tofu, pineapple fried rice with chicken, crispy duck, drunken noodles . Our water glasses always filled. To note, a large group, tip was added automatically however there was still a section on the receipt to add, was a bit deceptive.

Such a cute restaurant with beautiful decor. There's some street parking. We came here around 7 pm on a Friday evening and the staff was very friendly! We ordered some drinks, the Melon Margarita and the Vodka Thai Basil Smash. The Thai Basil Smash rated just like a lemonade and the Melon Margarita was very flavorful. We didn't try it but you can get beer towers here too which I thought was cool. For our appetizer, we tried the Try Thai Platter. Everything on there was so good. We loved the Chicken Satay and the Pot Stickers. For dinner, we ordered the Crispy Duckling and a combination Pad Thai with beef, chicken and shrimp. Both are delicious. Service and food were quick. They also had a projector playing cartoons. I loved the atmosphere and definitely recommend!

Unassuming atmosphere. Staff was wonderfully attentive. Food was fantastic! I had the calamari appetizer and the soft shell crabs. The entree was nice and spicy. I usually skip the rice, but I couldn't waste the wonderful sauce! Highly recommended!

The chicken Tom Ka soup is delicious!

Gorgeous presentation and savory! Feeling blessed the restaurant was open early, so I could enjoy Tom Ka Soup and Thai Omlet for brunch!

I tried this Thai restaurant a few days ago, the food was too salty and small portion. Also the price is too expensive!

The sign was so small you couldn't read it from the road. We had a reservation but they seemed surprised to see us and not ready for a party of 7. However, they quickly recovered and seated us in a back room all to ourselves, which was nice, however, it was one of those 90 degree days and I didn't feel any AC. The furniture was a little hodgepodge and the chairs seemed like something from an old conference room rather than a restaurant. Not very easy to get in and out of. No matter. We got settled in with menus and drink orders taken. I had a chicken teriyaki rice bowl. It was okay nothing outstanding. One lady had a chicken teriyaki noodle bowl. The rest of our group had various rolls. I thought for the price the food was average and a little on the pricey side. The service was good and we did have this little private room to ourselves. Would I go there again? I would but it wouldn't be my first choice. I was really disappointed because I love the charm of Berryville and I was hoping this place would a little gem I had yet to discover. Hopefully it gets better after they settle into their new location.

It's definitely worth the drive to taste this flavor once in a while. One disappointing thing is the Ajitama ( soft boiled egg for Ramen) was served hard boiled which take away a little bit of the joy of eating Ramen. The sushi we ordered was also fresh and delicious. Thank you for a nice meal!

I brought my mother for tea as a special birthday treat. A few days before our reservation, staff from the Inn reached out to confirm the reservation and ask if we were celebrating any occasion and I told them about my mother's birthday. We arrived at the Inn a little before 2pm and were told they couldn't seat us until right at 2pm for tea. However, at 2pm, when we were lead to the conservatory for tea, there were already people seated. I'm fine with rules like this, but then they need to be the same for all parties. They started us off with a version of an Aperol that was refreshing and the selection of teas was very nice. The food was brought out on a small serving tower with three savory and three sweet items for each of us. We loved the lemon tarts and lobster rolls, but the scones were undercooked and doughy inside. While this was less food than we expected (especially for the $114 per person price point), they did ask if we'd like another of any of our favorite items and then brought us out more of those. This was a thoughtful way of keeping the number of items low, but giving guests more of what they loved. We stayed for about an hour and they began clearing plates and teapots, etc. At no point did anyone acknowledge my mother's birthday or tell us that service had concluded. We walked out of the dining room and while my mother was getting the car from the valet I asked about her birthday recognition with the team. They apologized profusely and offered us complimentary breakfast the next day. As we had driven 2 hours for tea, that was not in the cards. Instead, they refunded the ENTIRE MEAL. I certainly did not ask that they do that, but it was a considerable gesture on their part. I love the Inn at Little Washington and have had amazing meals there, but I would not recommend it for Afternoon Tea. The staff just doesn't seem to have a grip on how to do it for guests who aren't staying overnight at the Inn. Maybe they'll figure it out in a couple months, but I'll take my teas elsewhere.

We were greeted right away and sat in a booth. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered two apps - the Kaarage Chicken and Gyoza. They came out quickly and were hot and fresh. I didn't notice at first that it was not chicken and started eating it. We realized our server Benny had brought me the wrong dish. I had already started eating it and I'm not that person that really sends things back. So I just ate it anyways. Broth was good. The ramen was decent considering we don't really have any ramen places in the area. I've had some of the best ramen in the DMV, so for me it was def mid. But for Winchester it is a good addition since this type of food is def lacking. I would probably go back. I enjoyed most of the food and it's close by to where we live, so super convenient when you are looking for a good quick meal.
