I called Ignacio saying I only had 21 days to close. He got my loan approved the next day and cleared to close in 10 days, all with a rock bottom interest rate! He mentioned he has close relationships with the lenders he works with, which allows him to close deals insanely fast. Despite the speed, he was happy to slow down whenever I had questions and explained things clearly ("Look at page 3, second paragraph..."), I wouldn't be surprised if he's memorized every page of all the docs he sent me.
