From the very first visit I have found their entire team to be incredibly kind, thoughtful and professional. These folks clearly exemplify business with HEART. Each time I have booked their services I have received the same outstanding experience. They have left me detailed notes about their visits and even observations about my pets which has been really helpful. They don't just feed and water your pets but they love on them as well! In a time when great customer service is increasingly rare, you will always find that service with a lot of heart at Apronstrings. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to take a moment to applaud the service I received from Apron Strings Pet Sitting…read more My family and I were traveling overseas recently and had a neighbor locked in to stay at our home and care for our two pets: a Pomsky and a Maine Coon. Not too difficult, just hairy and needy. Well, needless to say, that fell through last minute and I was in a bind for sure. I don't like to board them and I want them in our home. I found Apron Strings via Yelp! and saw the great reviews. I thought I'd take a chance... I talked with Howard that evening and got an understanding of what they offered, talked a little to get a read on his love for pets and general personality and was sold. He scheduled a meeting with one of his people to see my home, to walk through and meet my pets. That was great, and reassuring. I scheduled three walks/visits per day for my dog and cat. I was given a daily journal of activities, feeding, demeanor and all around vibe of my babies. That was refreshing. Upon arrival back in the states, Kim reached out to me to make sure everything went well and make sure I didn't have any issue. That was very professional as well. I will use this service in the future for my travels when I cannot find an individual to stay in my home with my pets, as they were professional and courteous. Thank you!

The form is easy to complete, allowing you to share details about your pet's feeding schedule, medications, and any important notes. Once submitted, you receive a confirmation--everything is straightforward and makes securing a reservation quick and stress-free. Dropping Simba off was reassuring and genuinely positive. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient. It was immediately clear that the staff are organized and truly care about each pet in their care. What really stood out was Simba's reaction--he happily ran straight over to a staff member, eager for attention and affection. Seeing him so comfortable and excited made all the difference. It was obvious that he felt relaxed and safe, as if he knew he was in good hands. Watching him settle in so naturally gave me complete confidence in leaving him there. While we were away, I reached out to Mindy to check in. She shared that Simba was doing great--eating well and enjoying playtime--and even sent a few photos. In every picture, Simba had the biggest smile, which said it all. Experiences like this truly make a difference. It's clear that Wunderbar Pet Hotel goes above and beyond to create an environment where pets feel happy, secure, and exceptionally well cared for. Thank you!

Sue pet sit for my two dogs for a week and did a fantastic job!…read more It was the first time I had ever used a pet sitting service that would come to the house, and I was a little apprehensive about it. But Sue helped make me comfortable. She first came over to the house for a meet & greet session where she met the dogs and I, and learned more about their pet sitting needs for the week. Then, while I was away, she sent me text messages with daily videos and photos of the dogs. That put my mind at ease so I could relax on the vacation. And it was really nice to see how the dogs warmed up to her more and more each day. After a few days, they were really excited to see her, and were eager to play fetch with toys and sit for treats. I'll happily use her again next time!
