    Incredible! I was in…read moreneed of someone to fix our washing machine, but when I came across ED Services site and reviews I figured I would ask if they could look at my dryer and electric stove top too. I was so kindly greeted on the phone, clearly told what the price for a visit would be and an appointment was made same day. Washing Machine: Nick ran all the error codes on my washer to figure out what the problem was and discovered it was simply a leaky door seal. His honesty was refreshing. Dryer: I was worried the lint was incredibly backed up and needed to be cleared. Also our vent hose had come off and needed to be re-attached. Again, with quick precision Nick completely dis-asembled our dryer, vacuuming out the dust, dirt and debri that had collected inside. He washed and dried the drum and re-attached the hose. He cleaned the entire vent hose and inside of the dryer free from lint. Electric Stove Top: a year or so ago two of the burners stopped working. We figured with the stovetop being 25 years old it had just gotten old. Nick inspected the entire system and discovered the two burners had gone out because a short had occurred and burned up where the electric chord connects to the control panel. Because of the age of our stove top he said he and his office would try and track down a replacement control panel and once they did they would reach out to let us know. I was so impressed by the honesty and hard work ED Services offered. His patience and friendliness also put me at ease. We will absolutely be calling them out again for any other appliance issues, should they arise.

    I would NOT recommend this company at all. One star for Nice Technician. Zero for Job preformed…read more They did not take the proper care when cleaning. The Tech turned the Air conditioning and fan to ON, then made a mess using a rotating broom brushed head in ducts loosening debris as the ac unit blew it back out of the vent all over the house. This spread dust everywhere. It looked like a truck had raced down a dirt road in my living room. The broom bristled rotating vacuum head they used on the ducts are designed for commercial warehouse metal ducting used in businesses, not for soft plastic ducting in your home. Also the ducting in your house is very fragile which means the rotating brissle brush could tear through your ducting. They do not use a camera to see in your ducts but a camera phone as far as their arm can reach. They use what they call Sanitizer and spray it directly into your HAVAC unit. The sanitizer smells and has the viscosity of a soapy laundry detergent. I do not believe it was a sanitizer meant for the purposes that they tell you. Speaking to a HAVAC professional at a reputable company, who said this can cause damage to your air units. This companies clean up tool of choice was a shop vacuum. Which can only pick up large pieces of debris not all the dust on the furniture ,counter tops , in the kitchen ,on dressers ,tables ,desks ,lamp shades ,window shades and anything else in your house. Very unsanitary. It was so bad I had to kindly ask the tech to stop and leave after two phone calls to the company asking them if this was how they cleaned? The result was the company calling the tech to tell him to clean up after himself. No change to the unsanitary destructive mess he was making. Obviously this is how the company trains their employees. No supervisor was available to speak with, no concern for damage by any representative was ever expressed. Now I have to have my house inspected for damages. This company told me to let them finish a job costing almost $2,500 dollars and I can find a cleaning company to clean my house. Then they may reimburse. Bottom line they want your money for the demolition of your air ducts, ac units and dumping dust debris and dirt all over your house. The tech does not take care when entering your home. Never covers his dirty shoes. Walks all over your carpet spreading dirt. The tech unplugged one of our bath and body works plug ins and set it upside down on our guest bathroom sink. It spilled oil all over the counter and stained, damaging a framed art we placed out for the holidays and rendering the plug unusable again. Unacceptable on all levels. There is no apology worth the 1,100 dollars it cost us to have unprofessionals make a mess of our house. This will have to be rectified with more than an apology and some statement saying this is. Not how we intend to do business it's just what happens. Any response from the company other than a refund is insincere and unacceptable. It cost me my time, caused stress, personal and possible physical damages to our property.
