Now I have beautiful Quartz tops. I just LOVE them!!! All day long my heart was pounding like a woman in "crazy love" as I watched my new tops being installed! She suggested I come back on another time. Wrong answer. If you post hours for your establishment you should be sure you remain open during those hours so as not to waste your customers' time. We experienced multiple breakdowns in communication that left us with a bad taste. The scheduling for slab selection and installation didn't go well and we went round and round with our sales person. E-mail and phone calls went back and forth time and time again. The template team was on time and pleasant to have in our home. The seemed experienced and professional. We were able to make modifications once we had the template overlaid with the slab selected so we had the look we wanted in the granite. Install day. The installers were early! That never happens and we were thankful. The install folks did a great job. Problem is... We didn't pick the sink profile. Sort of important. We are wondering where that breakdown happened and why we didn't get to decide. Craig, the operations manager, got involved and MAN did he make it right. We will have to have the slab removed, a plumber come back in, then refabricated, and all put back into place which is no joking matter. But we are able to get a new sink and all the things associated with it at no cost. Craig was already working on a root cause analysis to help prevent this from happening to another customer when he got involved. The piece of mind that we are ending with will have us back at RMS for future projects and I would recommend their services based on the actions taken to prevent this from happening to someone else. The seriousness that this problem was address with makes me think they will fix the communication issues on the sales side as well. Way to go Craig!

I talked with Ricardo, the owner of the company to get an estimate of the cost of the work and a projected date for the work. I also spoke with Ms. Teresa Martinez, the Business Manager of the company, to arrange a date for the project. In less than a week the granite technicians, Juan and Mario came to our house to do the work. After completing measurements and using plastic sheeting to fully enclose the area where the work was done, the granite specialists cut the countertop and polished the surface of the cut. Then they fully cleaned the work area. Juan and Marion were highly competent and did their work in a very proficient manner. In addition, they were very pleasant. The Business Manager, Ms. Martinez was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She maintained contact with me before and after the granite cutting project. In doing business with various companies, it is very rare to encounter a person as proficient and caring as Ms. Martinez.
