I received an email on Monday after 6pm that said "Our scheduler will contact you 1st thing in the morning." I did not receive a call (or text or email) from anyone--even after I sent a polite follow-up email and another polite phone message. I am OK if they could not schedule right away, but they should respond with their true availability and communicate if that availability changes. I pray that he will find guidance to help him be accountable in his business.

We went to World of Tile (another review) and selected the tile we wanted. We asked for contractor referrals and were given 3 business cards. Rafael's card was one of them. I had each of them come out and bid the job. #1 was 4 hrs late with a lame excuse of not having his note book - ok, my phone number is on your phone-duh! #2 didn't return my call for 3 days - blames it on poor phone reception. Comes to the house thinking he has the job. That too would be a no. I contacted Rafael. He came out to the house at my convenience- Sunday evening of a 3 day weekend. His bid was significantly lower. I know cheaper is not always better. But instead of using crews he and his family does the work. It's the personal involvement that won me over. Once work around he worked around our schedule. He'd ask if it was alright to start at a certain time the next day (did have to tell him no to Father's Day so he could spend time with his own family). He's been prompt & efficient with good communication (a rare trait for contractors). And the floor? It looks spectacular! 3 rooms, 725 sqft 1 week start to finish. That included carpet removal and floor prep. We are already working with Rafael on our list of additional tile related projects that will be accomplished sooner than planned rather than later. Professionalism, personality and personal involvement gives him a 5 Stars. Great communication & reasonable pricing is the icing on the cake. If you have a tile project invite Rafael to bid it you won't be sorry.

Calls are returned immediately, they show up for estimates and work when they say they will, are extremely competent, have good ideas, are reasonably priced, keep the work area very clean, and above all, are wonderful people. I have an open floor plan in my house, and I wanted them to build a soffit to delineate space between the kitchen/dining area and the living room, put a faux beam under it, and make it look like it's always been there. I also wanted them to attach faux beams from the soffit to the wall across the space to create a modern take on Viga beams. They did a stunning job. The quality of their craftsmanship is clear. Everyone from start to finish was professional, courteous, and kind. I was sincerely impressed by this team and will be using them in future renovation projects.

He found the problem right away which was cracked stucco on our parapets. He repaired all the parapets and fixed the inside roof. We also had them patch the cracks in the stucco on the entire house. He had a wonderful hard working crew and they did a good job. We felt the price was reasonable based on past work done on our home. Hector and the office staff were wonderful to work with and we will hire him back.
